Many objective optimizations (MaOO) algorithms that intends to solve problems with many objectives (MaOP) (i.e., the problem with more than three objectives) are widely used in various areas such as industrial manufacturing, transportation, sustainability, and even in the medical sector.  Various approaches of MaOO algorithms are available and employed to handle different MaOP cases. In contrast, the performance of the MaOO algorithms assesses based on the balance between the convergence and diversity of the non-dominated solutions measured using different evaluation criteria of the quality performance indicators. Although many evaluation criteria are available, yet most of the evaluation and benchmarking of the MaOO with state-of-art algorithms perform using one or two performance indicators without clear evidence or justification of the efficiency of these indicators over others.  Thus, unify a set of most suitable evaluation criteria of the MaOO is needed. This study proposed a distinct unifying model for the MaOO evaluation criteria using the fuzzy Delphi method. The study followed a systematic procedure to analyze 49 evaluation criteria, sub-criteria, and its performance indicators, a penal of 23 domain experts, participated in this study. Lastly, the most suitable criteria outcomes are formulated in the unifying model and evaluate by experts to verify the appropriateness and suitability of the model in assessing the MaOO algorithms fairly and effectively.

One of the methods used in Design and Development Research (DDR) is the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM). It is a systematic method for the development and validation of the model. This article aims to use this method to validate a Fun-Driven Mobile Learning (FDML) Model for Teaching Arithmetic. In phase 1 of design and development research, based on the opinion of teachers as subject matter experts, the need to develop the FDML model was justified. In phase 2, the model developed, comprised of thirty-two teaching activities grouped into four clusters. This article presents results on suitability and overall usefulness of the model components derived from the collective opinion of the 15 experts involved in Phase 3 of the study. The data analysis was conducted through the fuzzy Delphi method using a 7-point Likert scale. The outcome indicates a consensus of 93.4 percent of experts at a threshold value of ≤0.02. The suggested components of the FDML model include an integral planning reference for the application of the model and provided alternative validation procedures for model developers in mathematics education and educational technology.

The development of the Internet is a key revolution of the 20th century. The Internet has led to a boom in e-commerce. Online shopping is generally the most popular shopping option for consumers. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has resulted in adopting various measures, such as lockdown and stay-at-home orders, in various countries. This has led to changes in people’s consumption habits. In Taiwan, consumer behavior has also rapidly shifted to online shopping after the outbreak of the COVID-19. As livestreaming breaks time and space barriers, its real-time, interactive, and authentic features are unparalleled compared to other marketing methods, thereby creating a brand-new shopping experience for consumers. Accordingly, livestream shopping, a new consumption model, has developed and become an essential part of people’s daily lives. Live-streamers, who are similar to salespersons in traditional markets, play a vital role in e-commerce livestreaming. The success of livestream shopping has highlighted the importance of live-streamers. The competition among live-streamers has become more intense because of the arrival of many newcomers. Thus, operators must make careful hiring decisions. However, no related literature in the past has investigated this important topic. Therefore, this study applied a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model comprising the fuzzy Delphi method (screen the selection criteria), analytic hierarchy process (AHP) (obtain the weight of each dimension and criterion), and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) (rank the alternatives) to assist the managers of shopping websites in selecting live-streamers. We interviewed the managers of shopping websites and reviewed the related literature to compile the selection criteria. Following the fuzzy Delphi method, 15 important selection criteria were retained based on the 30 managers’ opinions. Further, the criteria were classified into dimensions based on the previous literature and interviews conducted on managers to establish a hierarchical framework. On the basis of this hierarchical framework, AHP and TOPSIS were applied to help a case company select live-streamers. A comparative analysis between the outcomes from AHP and AHP/TOPSIS was also conducted in this study. This study is the first empirical study on live-streamers’ selection and adds to the literature on livestreaming.

The flipped learning approach has been accepted by numerous studies as an approach in implementing technological based classroom environments. This article aims to identify the required constructs in developing an instrument for flipped learning in an ESL environment. This study uses the Fuzzy Delphi method to collect and analyze the viewpoints of 18 experts from relevant fields. An online questionnaire was developed to gather the experts’ agreement towards seven constructs namely flexible environments, shift in learning culture, intentional content, progressive networking activities, professional educators, engaging & effective learning experiences, and diversified seamless learning platforms and 68 items gathered from the literature. The FDM (Fuzzy Delphi Method) analysis rejected seven of the items; finalizing the instrument with seven constructs and 61 items. The instrument is beneficial to teachers and learners of ESL and developers of technology-based learning methods. The implication of the study is the provision of the constructs to help guide and implement the flipped learning approach in educational contexts. Furthermore, these constructs can be used to the basis for further investigations that leads to the development of frameworks or models for the flipped learning approach. Future works on the topic may look at a bigger sample for stronger results. Furthermore, the instrument developed can be used on the student population and in other contexts as well.

The development of digital systems in learning is gaining attention at, significantly higher education level. Through the digital world, technological innovation makes social life and everyday lifestyle more accessible than ever before. The use of technology has a positive impact on lifestyle and has a positive impact on education. This study aims to obtain experts’ consensus on the appropriate and accurate elements to be included in the I-Aqran module as an approach to Arabic vocabulary consolidation in the learning of  UiTM students. This study uses the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), in which experts’ views and consensus on the six primary constructs containing 34 tested items are produced. Fifteen (15) experts were selected from seven (7) educational institutions in Malaysia as a study sample. The findings show that these experts arrived at a consensus on 27 tested items in which they have a mean score and experts’ evaluation of less than the threshold value(d) ≤ 0.2. The percentage of these experts’ consensus also shows that 27 items tested are above the value of 75%, while seven remaining tested items prove otherwise and therefore rejected. All items that gained experts’ consensus are then listed down in tables based on sequence ranking and its relation from least important to most important items. This study can benefit not only lecturers and students for Arabic vocabulary consolidation but also the developer of learning modules in transforming education through collaboration with interactive technology.
