Aromatic hydrocarbons in the oils of Absheron and Baku archipelago, as well as in coastal zones have been identified via the method of chromato-mass-spectrometry. Geochemical estimation of distribution character of main biomarkers and their correlations as well is presented. The similarity in the distribution of monoaromatic and triaromatic steroid hydrocarbons, as well as benzogopane and sekabenzogopans has been specified, which suggests that studied oils are associated with one source rock or organic facies. The varieties observed in the distribution of saturated steranes are most likely the result of differences in the values of thermal maturity or the processes of secondary alterations.

In this paper, we propose a novel deep model for unbalanced distribution Character Recognition by employing focal loss based connectionist temporal classification (CTC) function. Previous works utilize Traditional CTC to compute prediction losses. However, some datasets may consist of extremely unbalanced samples, such as Chinese. In other words, both training and testing sets contain large amounts of low-frequent samples. The low-frequent samples have very limited influence on the model during training. To solve this issue, we modify the traditional CTC by fusing focal loss with it and thus make the model attend to the low-frequent samples at training stage. In order to demonstrate the advantage of the proposed method, we conduct experiments on two types of datasets: synthetic and real image sequence datasets. The results on both datasets demonstrate that the proposed focal CTC loss function achieves desired performance on unbalanced datasets. Specifically, our method outperforms traditional CTC by 3 to 9 percentages in accuracy on average.

An investigation of microwave energy distribution character in a plasma of microwave discharge inside a plasmatron based on a rectangular resonator has been carried out. The experiments were done applying the "active probe" method. Microwave discharge was excited in the air and oxygen. It has been found out that the readings of the "active probe" along the discharge chamber are of periodic character. The readings of the "active probe" and data on the local electric conductivity of plasma obtained using electrical probes have been compared.

Few study was about the fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in Nanning. This paper analyzed the time-space distribution character and influences of PM2.5in Nanning. We collected data of 4 monitoring stations in 2013 year in Nanning, Guangxi. Our results showed that concentration of PM2.5in Nanning were Dec. > Jan > Oct. > Nov. > Mar. > Apr. = Sep. > Feb. > May = Aug. > June > July. The obvious hazy day occurred in winter and autumn. The monitoring stations located in the north suffered higher PM2.5pollution compared with the other stations. Concentration of PM2.5was significantly higher in the month when currents came from island than the month when currents from sea. The increased monthly concentration of PM2.5was associated with the northwest and northeast currents from inland. A combination of lower speed of wind, northwestly wind and regional transport made contribution to the evaluated PM2.5concentration.

Based on the steady current field model of the point electrode in the three-layers media (air-seawater-seabed), the calculation model of the magnetic field generated by the current in the seawater or air was derived and validated, and the model was spread out to the distributing of magnetic field in the insulation semi-space of the n-layers media. Any point value of the magnetic field in the seawater and air can be calculated based on formulas. The results of the calculation indicated that the magnetic field generated by the point electrode in the seawater and air has obvious distribution character.
