The paper presents the parameter influence on the process of pressing aids in reinforced thermosetting polymer mold blanks Sheet Moulding Compound type (SMC) used to obtain large pieces of automotive bodywork. In the first part of the paper presents complex recipe constitutive factors of R-SMC prepreg, analyzing and choosing the optimal tehnnology of each component type, depends on the application blank piece and specific technical and economic parameters. Further the paper presents the influence of compression parameters (time, pressure, temperature) on the pressing process and optimize the parameters for each blank so that the reproducibility of the mass production process of obtaining large parts of Figures Size automotive to be insured. Finally it presents a model highlighting induced reorientation of fibers in the manufacture of SMC's as if prepregs of R-SMC, there is a dependency between the SMC belt speed production and planar orientation of the fibers in the direction of forward her.

Application blank items from 88 organizations located in the Southeast were examined for job relatedness and compliance with EEOC guidelines. The findings indicated that 100% of the application blanks contained at least two “inadvisable” items, with the average being 7.4 items per form. Further analyses demonstrated that private companies, compared to those that were publicly owned, asked significantly more inadvisable items. Smaller companies did not include significantly more questionable items on their application blanks, although this difference approached statistical significance.

Phoenix area personnel managers regarded all of a selected list of topics representing different aspects of writing as important; however, physical layout was judged to be the least important relatively. The most important problems in written communication were related to organization, contents, and spelling. Physical layout, typing, and punctuation were rated as least important. Formal procedures for assessing writing skill of potential employees were regarded as only moderately important for the recent college graduate and the experienced manager. The managers suggested that writing skill (or a lack of it) as revealed in the application blank is important in the hiring process, and that the degree of such skill manifested by managers after employment is very significant in the promotion process. Writing skill is assessed during performance appraisal in some companies, and most supervisors encouraged the development of employee writing skill.

Empirical studies have shown the Weighted Application Blank (W.A.B.) to be an effective predictive device in the selection of employees. There are, however, studies which suggest that the predictive validity of the W.A.B. may be substantially overstated in the literature. Contrary to the principles of classic psychometric theory it is suggested that moderator variables are accountable for this paradox. This study demonstrates how biographical correlates of tenure function as moderators and empirical evidence of the moderating effects on the predictive validity of the W.A.B. are provided. It is suggested that a new approach to the development of the W.A.B. is necessary in order to utilise the effect of moderators. OpsommingEmpiriese studies toon dat die Geweegde Aansoekvorm (G.A.V.) 'n doeltreffende voorspellingsinstrument in personeelseleksie is.
