Abstract The article presents an experimental method of using game forms of classes aimed at improving the level of physical development of students with poor health and low level of physically fit. We worked with students with excessive weight gain not associated with health abnormalities. The group of students who, as a result of a medical examination, were found to have diseases of the endocrine glands, where excess weight is a concomitant sign of a serious disease did not include in the research. One of the objectives of the study was to identify changes in the students’ state of health and increase interest in classes, activating physical education classes for first-year students with various degrees of disorders of physically fit. The analysis of the impact of the proposed program on students, taking into account the specifics of the faculties and various specialties, will allow us to enrich the curriculum in physical culture. As well as, this will allow us to include in the program of classes non-traditional types of physical exercises while working with special medical groups, taking into account the pedagogical orientation of the faculties of the university.

The article deals with topical issues of improving the level of training of cadets of educational institutions of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia for professional activities in the field of fire fighting. The application of the implemented disciplinary approach, which assumes a time-dispersed nature of studying various disciplines in the field of fire fighting, does not allow you to get concentrated knowledge, skills and sufficient experience in performing combat operations to extinguish fires, which affects the professional readiness of graduates for practical activities. The purpose of the study is to form a subject-professional approach that will allow, through the optional hours of the main educational program on the basis of previously formed skills and abilities, to implement through training courses concentrated training in the field of fire fighting to improve the professional readiness of graduates. To increase the level of professional readiness of graduates, the author studied the experience of practical training in the field of fire fighting, analyzed the activities of fire and rescue units in extinguishing, studied normative documents and scientific works in the subject area, has developed a subject-professional approach for concentrated training, as well as the subject-matter and content of training courses, has formed an evaluation tool for students. The author proposes to implement a subject-professional approach through the development and implementation of basic, special and additional training courses, for the formation of which modular, competence-based and contextual approaches were used, aimed at maximum professional orientation of training, courses that allow to increase the competence of graduates in the field of fire fighting. The author also proposes to implement the subjects of the training courses through practical classes based on the game forms of training that increase the educational and professional motivation of students. The author concludes that in order to increase the effectiveness and further development of the subject-professional approach, it is necessary to expand the subjects of training courses and improve them, taking into account the changing regulatory framework, the experience of fire and rescue units in fires, the development of fire extinguishing tactics and the introduction of new models of fire equipment and fire-technical equipment.

AbstractSoccer is constantly changing regarding the demands of the new generation. At its best, young players develop outstanding technical and tactical skills as well as a wealth of competition experience. In addition to targeted training, maintaining motivation is one of the biggest challenges facing youth coaches. One possible way is to build their confidence while having fun. As a new game form, 3 vs. 3 unites the main events of the soccer game, challenges young players in a versatile manner, and promotes joy. In the present study, 23 games played in the new and 16 games played in the established competitive styles (7 vs. 7 and 6 vs. 6) were compared and analyzed regarding the variables passing, dribbling, shooting, and scoring. MANOVA revealed a significant effect for the factor game form: F(4,33) = 8.974, p < 0.001, η2 = 0.521. Additionally, post-hoc comparisons (using Sidak correction) indicated a significantly higher number for the occurrence of each game event in the new game form. This finding suggests an increased involvement. Child-friendly small-sided games (SSG; like the new game form) will help to promote children in the best way and inspire them to play soccer for a long time.

Corruption is one of the most pressing problems and real threats to the national security of every state, including Russia. The Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation plays a key role in the fight against corruption. One of the most effective ways to counter this antisocial phenomenon is prevention. The author proposes the concept of "anti-corruption education", which is unusual for the legislation on the prosecutor’s office and prosecutorial practice, in relation to the activities of prosecutors, defines the concept and explains the main directions, forms and methods. Two main areas of this prosecutor’s activity are indicated: 1) anti-corruption education of prosecutors themselves; 2) anti-corruption education (including within the framework of legal informing the population) of other persons. The author examines thier content, identifies common problems and proposes solutions. The specific features of anti-corruption education within the framework of the system of professional training and advanced training of prosecutors are analyzed separately. The paper explains the role and positive value of legal education and legal information as effective tools of anti-corruption education of citizens. Based on the analysis of the practice of prosecutorial activities, the authors noted the demand for active anti-corruption informing of the population, increasing the anti-corruption legal awareness of citizens (especially young people). The paper elucidates the effectiveness of organizing and conducting thematic lectures and other meetings, contests and other game forms of interaction, combining the efforts of the prosecutor’s office with civil society institutions. The potential of anti-corruption informing citizens with the help of Internet resources and the achievements of computer technologies is characterized. Attention is drawn to the expediency of such work in the framework of the implementation of special documentary films and feature films projects devoted to the activities of the prosecutor’s office. The author highlights the importance of anti-corruption education through active and purposeful interaction with the media, including interaction carried out in order to form citizens’ convictions about the inevitability of punishment for corruption crimes. The conclusion is substantiated that the prosecutor who carries out anti-corruption education must certainly meet high moral requirements and be distinguished by an impeccable reputation.

The article offers experimental material on methods of teaching global reading to foreign students, which was used by teachers-speakers of Vinnytsia National Technical University. Global reading involves presenting the student with a whole word and I is designed for visual perception and the ability to memorize visual information. In this way, the foreign student does not read the word in letters, but perceives it as a picture. The student reads in Ukrainian at once in words. However, unlike an image that depicts a particular object, it contains a generalized representation of the object, that is, it has a certain meaning. It was found that this method is especially helpful for students who use the hieroglyphic writing system in their native language.During the traditional analytical-synthetic reading, the student must first learn sounds, letters, then sequential compound reading and finally – merged reading of words. Learning to read analytically is often associated with difficulties, as it involves visual perception, concentration, and analytical-synthetic mental activity. As a result students spend more time and effort.First, students read familiar tokens that start with different letters, from short to long. Then move from words to phrases, and then from phrases to reading texts. The page can contain 2–3 sentences in large font. Up to 20 such sentences should be read per day. Since foreign students enter universities after studying the Ukrainian language, it is desirable that these sentences (texts) should be of a scientific style.Global reading should not be limited just to demonstrating and naming picture words. Tasks can be varied and carried out in the form of a game. The article gives examples of games and tasks that were used in our work with foreign students in order to consolidate knowledge. The advantages of using the method of global reading in the process of learning Ukrainian as a foreign language are established. This method helps students understand language as a holistic system and observe the paradigmatic relationship between its units, more quickly master reading, enrich vocabulary, take an active part in the learning process. Students’ own results significantly motivate them to learn the language, as they notice it from the first days of study, and the opportunity to use knowledge in learning and life.Key words: foreign student, second foreign language, non-traditional methods, flash-cards, game forms.

This study conducted an innovative quantitative examination of the level of student game-play participation during two, consecutive and ‘naturalistically’ implemented, Sport Education (SE) seasons, while taking into account students’ sex and skill-level and the activity participation context (team practice/competition, handball/football). A total of 24 eighth-grade students (nine girls, 15 boys; Mage12.9±1.3) were affiliated in three teams of eight players (five boys and three girls per team) to participate in two consecutive SE seasons (handball: 12×45-min lessons; football: 12×45-min lessons). Students’ participation time in identical small-sided game forms was measured in team practice and competition contexts and analysed through four participation indicators (total, mean, structural, and intra-team participation). T-Test analysis examined differences between girls/boys and lower-skilled/higher-skilled students, in each season. Repeated measures T-Test analysed differences between the two seasons, for each variable and group and each participation context. Overall, although there was a relatively equitable participation of students in the game-play activities of the two seasons, the students’ ‘skill-level’ was a more influential variable in their participation than the variable ‘sex’. The higher-skilled students had higher total participation time than lower-skilled students in the second season (football). There was a more balanced interplay in girls’ and boys’ time of participation in the activities, although boys showed higher participation than girls (mean participation and intra-team participation) in the competition context of football. Teachers who seek equitable participation of students in learning activities should consider the social and cultural context of students and the situated effect of SE implementation, balancing team practice with competition activities.

Globalization has had some effects the evolution of game forms from traditional to modern. Online games are one of the most common types of modern games. Online games are games that can be accessed by internet-connected and are played on computers, laptops, cellphones, and other devices. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) is the most popular online games in Indonesia. Playing mobile legends online games can have an impact on consumptive behavior among college students. This article explains the relationship between social status and consumptive behavior of Soedirman E-sport Unsoed and explain the relationship between the frequency of playing Mobile Legend Bang-bang (MLBB) with the consumer behavior of Sudirman E-sport students of Jenderal Soedirman University. This study uses a survey method and takes a random sample of 200 members of the Soedirman E-sport Unsoed. The number of samples taken was 67 students. The results showed that first, social status variables were positively related to student consumptive behavior. Both have a correlation value of 0.328 with a significance level of 0.004. The higher the social status, the higher the consumptive behavior of students. Second, the frequency of playing mobile legends online games is positively related to consumptive behavior.

Most experts recommend as an alternative to traditional approaches to physical education of preschoolers, to use the modern pedagogical technologies, among which preference is given to various fitness directions, in particular, step aerobics, fitball aerobics, aqua aerobics, the use of modern multimedia in the educational process, innovative methods, etc. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the main recommendations of implementation the modern pedagogical technologies in physical education of preschool children for future teachers. In the process of physical education with preschoolers, the teacher must solve educational and health tasks. For the health effects of fitball-aerobics on the body of preschool children, the teacher must to follow the basic principles of physical education, select the optimal characteristics of the equipment (size, color, elasticity of fitballs) taking into account the age of children, rationally dose the load. One of the promising health technologies for the development of motor skills of older preschoolers is step aerobics. Particular attention should be paid to the selection of musical accompaniment, use the game form of step aerobics, imitation exercises, select different forms for classes, etc., taking into account the age of children. In the process of tourism, it is important to interest children in the use of new equipment for them, a certain story (for example, treasure hunt), the use of interactive methods, game forms and more. To solve educational tasks, focus attention of preschoolers to the need for mutual assistance, discipline, courage, and so on. The outlined recommendations should be used in the process of preparing future teachers for the implementation the modern pedagogical technologies in physical education with preschool children.

Classical game theory analyses strategic interactions under extreme idealisations. It assumes cognitively unconstrained players with common knowledge concerning game forms, preferences, and rationality. Such ideal theory is highly relevant for human self-understanding as a rational being or what Selten called ‘rationology’. Yet, ideal theory is highly irrelevant for real actors who are in Selten’s sense boundedly rational. Starting from essential features of real bargaining problems, elements of Selten’s ‘micro-psychological’ and Raiffa’s ‘telescopic’ behavioural bargaining theory are introduced. From this, an outline of a workable rationality approach to bargaining emerges. It suggests relying on telescopic elements from Raiffa’s model to provide general outcome orientation and on insights from Selten’s aspiration adaptation model of individual decision making to develop process-sensitive action advice. A bird’s eye view of a prominent recent case of ‘bargaining in the shadow of the courts’ shows a surprisingly good fit of outcomes with the implications of Raiffa’s telescopic approach while remaining compatible with a Seltenian process. Though due to a lack of specific information because the micro-foundations for the telescopic theory cannot be provided, it is at least clear how further case studies and experiments might be put to work here.

The purpose of the research is to present how the carnival element in the regional policy is associated with the legitimating of power. Also made of the current state of the regional political process in some constituent entities of the Russian Federation, characterized by a high degree of carnivalization. As a result, the importance of the practices of the regional elite, resorting to game forms of their own positioning. The legitimacy of the regional power to depend on festive discourse. A routine political process in the constituent entities of the Russia does not evoke public emotions that have a positive effect on the legitimation of power. The demand for the politics of spectacle is also present in municipal political practices in a very dangerous epoch of COVID-19. A social organism that needs emotions, as well as control, does not experience serious transformations. In society penchant for spectacle, as well as the political class in the production of carnival events, there are deep historical roots, as well as the cultural specificity of a particular region. The points out that in the regional political process one can increasingly see accents on festivals. So, the government solves two important problems: the first one is a public request for a show, it is resolved in conditions of a rather unpleasant and unpromising accumulation of negative for the authorities due to the deterioration of the socio-economic situation in general, the second one is the production of the play solves the issues of legitimation regional and municipal authorities.
