 No Programa Residência Pedagógica os participantes são inseridos numa escola de Educação Básica, objetivando aproximar o futuro docente com a profissão, proporcionando-lhes a prática do cotidiano escolar. Parte-se do pressuposto de que, os estudos sobre o documento normativo da escola, na formação docente, contribuíram para superar fragmentos do trabalho pedagógico aproximando os residentes do ideal de efetivação do PPP. O objetivo desta pesquisa é a reflexão acerca das contribuições do PPP da escola-campo na formação acadêmica dos residentes pedagógicos da Faculdade de Ciências Humanas do Sertão Central. Justifica-se pela necessidade de atuar na escola de forma efetiva a partir da imersão no contexto escolar baseado no Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola. Conclui-se que, tanto o Programa de Residência Pedagógica, como o documento normativo da Escola Professora Cleuzemi Pereira do Nascimento Silva contribuem para o aperfeiçoamento de uma prática mais qualitativa, com base em sua teoria, buscando-se respeito às singularidades, as diferenças. Através da teoria e da prática deseja-se romper com modelos ineficazes de ensino, com isso objetiva-se assegurar aos residentes, habilidades e competências que lhes permitirão realizar um ensino de qualidade nas escolas de Educação Básica em que futuramente forem atuar. Tendo utilizado o método qualitativo, este estudo contempla as teorias de autores que abordam o tema para fundamentar a narrativa dos residentes. De acordo com (LIBANEO, 1990), (NÓVOA, 2009), (VASCONCELOS, 2014) e outros, foi possível confrontar conceitos elucidando questionamentos fundamentais para a realização deste artigo.  In the Pedagogical Residency Program, participants are inserted in a Basic Education school, aiming to bring the future teacher closer to the profession, providing them with the practice of everyday school life. It is assumed that studies on the school's normative document, in teacher education, contributed to overcoming fragments of the pedagogical work, bringing residents closer to the ideal of implementing the PPP. The objective of this research is to reflect on the contributions of the PPP of the field-school in the academic training of pedagogical residents at the Faculty of Human Sciences of Sertão Central. It is justified by the need to work effectively in the school from the immersion in the school context based on the School's Pedagogical Political Project. It is concluded that both the Pedagogical Residency Program and the normative document of the School Professor Cleuzemi Pereira do Nascimento Silva contribute to the improvement of a more qualitative practice, based on its theory, seeking respect for singularities and differences. Through theory and practice, the intention is to break with ineffective teaching models, with this aim to assure residents, skills and competences that will allow them to carry out quality teaching in Basic Education schools in which they will work in the future. Having used the qualitative method, this study contemplates the theories of authors who approach the theme to support the residents' narrative. According to (LIBANEO, 1990), (NÓVOA, 2009), (VASCONCELOS, 2014) and others, it was possible to confront concepts elucidating fundamental questions

Quality is an increasingly present concept nowadays, so meeting the customers’ needs, who buy and use products and hire services, becomes essential. For laboratories, the concept is applied to the reliability and traceability of the results produced and presents itself not only to meet the customer’s needs, but also to allow the signing of agreements in the international trade. The concept of Quality in a laboratory can be carried out from the elaboration of a Quality Management System (QMS). To this end, the normative document ISO/IEC 17025, internationally accepted, has been changing over the years aimed at instructing the elaboration of a management system which proves the technical capacity of testing and calibration laboratories and guides the generation of reliable results. The document is in its third version as a standard, the most current one published in 2017, and it presents requirements to achieve the proposed objective and the quality assurance. In the face of the importance of these concepts and the unquestionable need of laboratories to provide reliable and traceable results, this article presents the norm history and its most recent changes. Its intent is support laboratories whose objective is to implement a QMS according to this normative reference

Currently in the territory of the Republic of Belarus the normative document is used in order to evaluate the surface of concrete and reinforced concrete products and constructions [1]. According to this normative document concrete surfaces of the constructions are divided into 7 categories from A1 to A7. The author suggests that the methods for evaluation of the surface quality, specified in [1], are not sufficient. Wherefore, the article reflects the works performed on development of the installation, methods and program to determine the surface porosity of concrete products. It describes the method to determine a particular and integral surface porosity through receipt and processing of the digital image with the developed program. It allows to automate the evaluation process of the surface and significantly speed up it (especially, in case of a great number of pores on the studied surface). The installation for receipt of the sample contrast images was developed, the modes for images photographic recording were selected. This installation for photographic recording used CANON EOS 1100D camera, on a special stand, used to maintain a constancy of focal length and distance to the registered object. VBA based program was developed, it allows to determine the pores size and their distribution, calculate their number and evaluate the form, and also allows to determine particular porosity for concrete diameters and integral porosity. The obtained value of the integral porosity can be used for a clarified calculation of the relative and absolute adhesion value when developing compositions of the release agents. Based on the obtained calculation results it is possible to plot a graph of the pores distribution that formalise and simplifies the aim of the surface quality evaluation. В настоящее время на территории Республики Беларусь при оценке поверхности бетонных и железобетонных изделий и конструкций пользуются нормативным документом [1]. Согласно данному нормативному документу бетонные поверхности конструкций разделены на 7 категорий от А1 до А7. Автором высказано мнение о недостаточности методов оценки качества поверхности, изложенных в [1], в связи с чем в статье отражены выполненные работы по разработке установки, методики и программы для определения поверхностной пористости бетонных изделий. Приведена методика определения частной и интегральной поверхностной пористости посредством получения и обработки цифрового изображения разработанной программой. Она позволяет автоматизировать процесс оценки поверхности и значительно ускорить процесс оценки (особенно в случае большого количества пор на исследуемой поверхности). Разработана установка для получения контрастных изображений образцов, подобраны режимы фоторегистрации изображений. В данной установке для фоторегистрации использовался фотоаппарат CANON EOS 1100D, на специальной стойке, служащей для обеспечения постоянства фокусного расстояния и расстояния до регистрируемого объекта. Разработана программа на основе VBA, позволяющая вычислять: размеры пор, их распределение, подсчитать их количество и оценить форму, также позволяет вычислить частную пористость для конкретных диаметров и интегральную пористость. Полученное значение интегральной пористости может быть использовано для уточненного вычисления величины относительной и абсолютной адгезии при разработке составов разделительных смазок. На основе получаемых результатов вычислений возможно построение графиков распределения пор, что формализует и упрощает задачу оценки качества поверхности.

The article examines the process of the emergence and formation of professional morality as an objective process for which factors naturally inherent in the professional activity of a lawyer are important. It is professional morality that forms the necessary basis for the transition to the regulation of this activity through codes of professional ethics. The professional code of ethics, becoming a normative document, turns out to be functional if it is based on the previously formed requirements of professional morality that have passed the test of time. At the same time, in conditions of openness and control on the part of public institutions, the code of ethics itself can become a factor in the formation of proper morality in the sphere of public civil service.

Este artigo apresenta resultados de uma pesquisa documental que teve como objetivo identificar concepções de diversidade no texto da Base Nacional Comum Curricular - BNCC, documento normativo que orientará as escolas na definição e/ou reelaboração de seus currículos. Foram identificadas as concepções universalista, celebratória e crítico-discursiva, com predominância da universalista e da celebratória, evidenciando que a cultura do silenciamento da diversidade se mantém hegemônica nesta política curricular ao enfatizar a uniformidade e a padronização de conhecimentos e indivíduos, secundarizando as diferenças culturais, étnicas, identitárias de vários coletivos de sujeitos (negros, quilombolas, índios, camponeses, mulheres, dentre outros) que reivindicam visibilidade e reconhecimentos em políticas curriculares. Os lugares e significados atribuídos à diversidade no corpus analisado evidenciam que a BNCC se constitui como referencial curricular que prioriza conhecimentos essencializados e universalistas, ao atribuir-lhes destaque em relação aos conhecimentos diversificados e enfatizar um ensino baseado em competências performativas para o mercado de trabalho.Concepções de Diversidade. Sujeitos Sociais. ABSTRACT This article presents results of a documentary research whose central objective sought to identify the concepts of diversity in the text of the National Common Base Curriculum - BNCC, a normative document that will guide schools in the definition and/or reconstruction of their curricula. Universalist, celebratory and critical-discursive concepts were identified. Universalist and celebratory predominated, showing that the culture of silencing diversity remains hegemonic in this curricular policy, which emphasizes the uniformity and standardization of knowledge and individuals, secondary to cultural, ethnic, and identity differences of various collective groups (blacks, quilombolas, natives, peasants, women, landless, among others) who demand visibility and recognition in curricular policies. The places and meanings attributed to diversity in the analyzed corpus show that the BNCC is a curricular reference that prioritizes essentialized and universalist knowledge, by giving it prominence in relation to diversified knowledge, and emphasizing competencebased teaching performative for the labor market. Diversity concept. Sono state identificate concetti universaliste, celebrative e discorsive-critiche, con una predominanza di universalista e celebrativa, dimostrando che la cultura del silenziamento della diversità rimane egemonica in questa politica curricolare enfatizzando l'uniformità e la standardizzazione della coscienza e degli individui, secondarie alle differenze culturali , etnica, identità di vari collettivi di soggetti (neri, quilombole, indiani, contadini, donne, tra gli altri) che richiedono visibilità e riconoscimento nelle politiche curricolari. The author analyzes the reasons for the failed reforms of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic for the entire time of the sovereignty of the Kyrgyz Republic and suggests examining the issues of state–legal construction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the proposed classic by this topic in Russia, Professor Yu. E. Avrutin’s philosophical plan: in line with axiology, epistemology and ontology. The author, based on a philosophical approach, concludes that at present the only normative document defining the main guidelines for reforming the Ministry of Internal Affairs is the 2012 National Security Concept of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The analysis of the normative document DOC GEN 010, which is regulating the procedure for conducting qualification examinations and the procedure for certification of personnel performing industrial non-destructive testing in the Nordic countries, has been performed. The document was developed by the organization NORDTEST, which is the single organ of the Nordic countries in the field of conformity assessment. The considered document establishes additional requirements for the preparation, content and procedure for conducting qualification examinations and the certification procedure in general, in relation to the current international standard ISO 9712. The scheme provides the qualification level of NDT personnel, which is recognized, and in some cases is regulated by state bodies and consumers of NDT services in Nordic countries.

Purposes : the aim of article is determination of the role of accounting policy in the formation of financial results of company’s activity and also revealing its influence on profit or loss. Discussion : the study of the accounting policy, as a factor which influence on the formation of financial results, was carried out on the basis of generalization and systematization of information presented in regulatory legal acts in the field of accounting, as well as approaches of specialists in the field of economic analysis. Results : the essence of the accounting policy is determined as the basic normative document at the organizational level. Moreover the main requirements to the formation of the accounting policy are given in result of research. The influence of the accounting policy is examined as a tool for managing the amount of financial result. Besides, we consider the consequences of influence of the accounting policy on the financial result. Also we determine that it is necessary to evaluate the quality of the accounting policy while preparing economic analysis.
