The article shows that in the USSR, the development of associated social creativity (including such a phenomenon as “enthusiasm”), based on public property, was opposite to the opinions of most economists one of the important sources of development of this economic system. At the same time, the opposite content was hidden behind the form of public property in the USSR – ​the alienation of workers from the functions of management and appropriation of public wealth due to the bureaucratization of state property, which was the main brake on the development of the economy in which these property relations dominated. The analysis of this contradiction shows that public property most fully realizes its potential either as a state property (in such extreme conditions as wars, global catastrophes, etc.), or to the extent it is based on associated social creativity. The potential of public disposal and appropriation based on social creativity is especially great in the field of production of public goods (education, health care, art), where public ownership of the results of creative work can take the form of “everyone's ownership of everything”, which makes it possible to remove the restrictions of intellectual private property.

Humanity is confronted with one of the most significant challenges in its history. The excessive use of fossil fuel energy sources is causing extreme climate change, which threatens our way of life and poses huge social and technological problems. It is imperative to look for alternate energy sources that can replace environmentally destructive fossil fuels. In this scenario, hydrogen is seen as a potential energy vector capable of enabling the better and synergic exploitation of renewable energy sources. A brief review of the use of hydrogen as a tool for decarbonizing our society is given in this work. Special emphasis is placed on the possibility of storing hydrogen in solid-state form (in hydride species), on the potential fields of application of solid-state hydrogen storage, and on the technological challenges solid-state hydrogen storage faces. A potential approach to reduce the carbon footprint of hydrogen storage materials is presented in the concluding section of this paper.

Introduction. Society and the state form an external request for the results of education, proceeding from their priority tasks and interests. Currently, the actual educational result is the functional literacy of students. The achievement of the demanded results of the educational process largely depends on the professionalism of the teacher who implements it. In this connection, the issue of training pedagogical personnel ready and able to form relevant educational results, in particular, the functional literacy of students, by means of individual subject areas, is of particular relevance. The first step to solving this issue is to study the pedagogical phenomenon, which is new for domestic science, "the readiness of future teachers to form students' functional literacy" and the development of its scientifically based model, which is the purpose of this article.Materials and Methods. In the process of work, theoretical (analysis, generalization, systematization, pedagogical modeling) and empirical (open observation, interviewing) research methods were used.Results. The main directions of pedagogical activity focused on the formation of functional literacy of students by means of individual subject areas are highlighted. This made it possible to clarify the content of the concept of "the readiness of future teachers to form the functional literacy of students." The structural-content model of the studied type of readiness is theoretically substantiated, in which motivational, emotional-volitional, cognitive, activity and reflexive-evaluative components are highlighted. The criteria (personal, cognitive, activity and regulatory) and the corresponding indicators for assessing the readiness of students of a pedagogical higher educational institution for the formation of students' functional literacy are formulated. The levels of formation of this readiness are described.Discussion and Conclusions. The implementation of modern education strategies is impossible without training the relevant teaching staff. The development of a scientifically grounded model of the readiness of future teachers to form students' functional literacy is just the beginning of the path to modernizing teacher education. Allocation of the readiness structure and the criterion apparatus for its assessment allows us to determine further guidelines for the design and implementation of the conditions for its formation.

The effect of boronizing treatment on the conductivity of a high-conductivity and heat-resistant Al-Zr alloy conductor material was studied. The results showed that the conductivity of industrial pure Al containing transition element (Ti, V, Cr, Mn)>0.01 wt % (mass fraction, the same below) was improved to a certain extent by using boronizing treatment to remove transition metal elements through the formation of borides. Using the boronizing treatment, B can react with transition elements to form blocky (Ti, V, Fe)B2 and flocculent (Ti, V, Fe, Zr)B2. The boronizing treatment makes Ti and V out of the solid solution state, form borides and finally deposit to the bottom of the furnace, thus significantly improving the conductivity of the ingot. In addition, Cr and Mn were not found in the borides at the bottom of the furnace. However, for the high-conductivity and heat-resisting Al-Zr alloy conductor material, B will have poison effects on Zr during boronizing treatment, thus reducing the heat-resistance of the alloy. Therefore, in the preparation process of high-conductivity and heat-resistant Al-Zr alloy conductor material, the converter process should be added after boronizing treatment to ensure that the Al-Zr alloy conductor material has good heat-resistance and conductivity at the same time.

This article aims to explore the realms of al-Farabi's philosophical thought, by focusing on four problems: Is God unnecessary in the process of creating nature to know, think and even make nature the object of his thought? 2). How to interpret the influence of Imagination that underlies al-Farabi's theory of prophethood? 3). How is al-Farabi's view of the human soul? and 4). What is the ideal state form for al-Farabi? To answer this problem, the method used is library research research, with a philosophical approach. The research results obtained: First, God does not depend on nature as the object of his thought in the process of natural creation. Second, the Prophet, through his strong imaginative abilities, was not only able to deal directly with Mustafad's intellect, but was also able to translate the revelations that were sent down and transferred to us. Third, the soul has two powers, a theoretical power, namely the human thinking power that can distinguish and judge and is able to express different competences, and the practical power is the power that determines what human actions must be done. Fourth, the ideal country is a country whose leader is not only political, but also includes ethical issues.
