This study is aimed to examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms, such as, independent board of. commissioner composition, board of commisioner size, audit committee, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership toward profit management. This research used 5 of food company and Baverages that was listed in Indonesia stock Exchange since 2014-2018. The sample of this research are selected by purposive sampling method. Analysis method of this research used multiple regression. Earnings management measured by using discretionary accrual. The result of this study showed that the result of regression as follow: = 7,365 + 0,631 XI + 0,553 X2 + 0,583 X3 + 0,674 X4 + 0,768 X5 + e. However the result of variable: (1) Composition of independent commissioner council has the effect of significant at profit management. It was proved by t value is higher than t table that was 4,291 > 2,085. (2) Standard of commissioner council has the effect of significant at profit management, it was proved by the result of t value is higher than t table that was 3,148 > 2,085. (3) the committee of audit has the effect of significant at profit management. It was proved by t value is higher than t value 3,569 > 2.085. (4) The ownership of constitutional has the effect of significant at profit management. It was proved by t value is higher than t table that was 4,422 > 2,085. (5) The ownership of managerial at profit management. It was proved by t value is higher than t table 5,618 > 2,085. (6) Composition of independent commissioner council, standard of commissioner council, the committee of audit, the ownership of constitutional, the ownership of managerial have the effect of significant at profit management. The result of calculation showed that f value that is 22,861, while f table 2,74 (22,861 > 2,74). It means that f value is higher than f table. The result of calculation of Composition of independent commissioner council, standard of commissioner council, the committee of audit, the ownership of constitutional, and the ownership of managerial showed that the value coofesien was 0,730 (73%) and the balance 0,270 (27%) it is described by other variable was not include in this research.

This study aims to determine the Accountability of village fund Management to improvedevelopment in Sajang Village, Sembalun District, which consists of five stages, namelyPlanning, Implementation, administration, reporting and accaountability.This type of research isa case study using a descriptive analysis approach. In this study, the techniques of datacollection use are interviews, questionnaires and documentatation. The data analysis techniqueuse in this study is a quanlitative descriptive analysis technique.The results of this study indicatethat the planning, implementation, reporting, administration and accountability system ofaccountability has applied the principle of accountability. Thia is evidenced from the results ofinterviews with documentation and questionnaires.

This study entitled "The Impact of Earthquakes on the Socio-Economic Condition of Communities on Lombok Nort ". In this study the researchers tried to try to study the phenomenon of the impact of the Lombok earthquake on the socio-economic conditions of the affected communities, especially North Lombok Regency.The type of this research is qualitative research with a documentation study approach, namely research conducted by looking at the documents that are then interpreted. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained about the socio-economic impact of the earthquake in Lombok in the affected communities, namely North Lombok District. from the socio-economic conditions of the community, which were many losses and damage that were affected by the people of North Lombok, both morally and materially, the Lombok earthquake had a significant impact on the conditions of Demography, health, education and the condition of the local housing area, especially in North Lombok Support. Nearly half of the population in North Lombok Regency who were displaced and several other people died, this has caused a large influence from the earthquake on the composition of the community's demography in North Lombok Regency. On the economic side, many people who lost their livelihoods, based on the results of the Lombok earthquake, especially for traders, who were originally able to earn 1-1.5 million per day but after the earthquake Lombok decreases their income by 50%. besides that, this earthquake caused a decrease in local revenue (PAD) in North Lombok Regency.

This research is entitled "The Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises to Increase Society Revenue (Case Study of Center for Elimination in Getap)". The purpose of this thesis is to find out the size of the income generated from the Welding in Getap, Cakra Selatan Baru Village, Cakranegara District, knowing what things affecting income, production costs, the quality of the products produced and the ways of marketing.The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach by utilizing interview activities and direct observation as a technique of data collection, informants from this study consisted of the Welding Owners, Employees and Communities in Getap, South Cakra, New Cakranegara District.The results of this study indicate that the income of the welding is quite large on average - Rp. 20,000,000 per month which also undermines unemployment because workers who work in, work hard and want to take part in training conducted by the government so that they have expertise in the field of welding. On the other hand, with the presence of the welding, it was able to improve the living standards of the people around Getap with the opening of small kiosks of snack vendors, and rice stalls which earned an average daily income of Rp.250,000 to Rp.300,000 perday.

The Islamic capital market is one of the financial investment instruments that alsoserves to meet the needs of Muslim investors to invest according to sharia in a country. TheIslamic capital market in recent years has experienced quite good growth in Indonesia,with various instruments in accordance with the needs and desires of the majority ofMuslims, and has the opportunity to create a fair redistribution of the income and wealthecosystem. But there are pandemic cases that occur 19 so that all financial and economicinstruments face obstacles including the Islamic capital market. This study aims to look atthe impact of a pandemic on the movement of Islamic stock indexes in Indonesia using aliterature study approach or looking for primary information from capital marketdevelopment data that is released regularly on the official website and also informationfrom other media. The results of research analysis by looking at data and analysis of othersimple trends conclude that in the following months during the covid pandemic 19 willcontinue to decline in the movement of stock indexes, if the covid 19 pandemic problem isnot resolved properly, stock movements will decline and endanger the Indonesian economy.So there is no concrete need to overcome this problem so that it does not become aneconomic recession.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on the granting of working capital loans to the income of small traders in PD. BPR NTB West Lombok Gunungsari Branch. This type of research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data taken directly from the field, while secondary data is data obtained through intermediary media such as books, records, evidence and archives published or not. Data analysis in this study uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test , simple linear regression test, correlation test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the granting of working capital loans has a significant influence on the income level of small traders.

To be able to determine the type of tobacco that provides maximum profit for farmers in Lita from the types of tobacco leaf forms that are sold, it is necessary to conduct a study entitled "Economic Efficiency of Virginia Tobacco Farming Based on the Forms of Selling Wet Leaves and Dry Leaves in Sakra Barat District, East Lombok Regency" . Efficiency measurement using Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C). The unit of analysis in this research is farmers who do Virginia tobacco farming in the form of selling wet and dry leaves. Of the 16 Villages in West Sakra Subdistrict, four villages were selected by purposive sampling with the consideration that the four villages had the highest number of Virginia tobacco farmers. The four villages are Rensing Village, Jero gunung Village, Pematung Village, Rensing Raya Village. Determination of respondents is done by Quota Sampling, namely sampling based on a certain amount / quota. Based on the results of the analysis, the average income of wet leaf farmers was IDR 7,670,120 / LL or IDR. 065,013 / Ha and the average income of dry leaf farmers was IDR 60,832,656 / LLG or IDR 40,555,104 / Ha. The average R / C value for the sale of wet leaves is 2.4 and the R / C value for dry leaves is 3.4, it means that the sale of wet leaves and dry leaves is equally feasible because they have a higher R / C value> 1. compared to wet leaf sales.

This research is entitled "The Phenomenon of the Occasion of Street Tent Stalls inMobilizing the Economy of the society (Study Case of Street Tent Stall on Pejanggik street,Cakranegara, Mataram)". The purpose of this research is to find out the size of the incomeof the people who open tent stalls on the street of the beekeepers on pejanggik street,cakranegara, Mataram, find out what things affect the income, production costs, menusproduced and how to market them.The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research with a phenomenonapproach, using interviews and direct observation as a technique of the data collection, theinformants of this study consisted of tent stall owners, tent stall employees, people who sellaround the tent stalls and ordinary people in the pejanggik street of Cakaramegara.The results of this study indicate that the income generated from the tent shopbusiness is quite large on average Rp. 9,000,000 evert month, also able to open jobvacancies that can reduce unemployment. On the other hand the presence of this tent stall isable to improve the standard of living of people who sell around the tent stalls such as thoseselling martabak and terang bulan, cigarettes, fried foods, juices, cakes whose averageincome is Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 400,000 every day and able to be an attraction for thecommunity to open the same business, especially in the culinary field.
