Introduction: The total number of pulmonary TB cases in Indonesia in 2019 was 562,049 cases. West Java became the top 3 provinces with the incidence of pulmonary TB in Indonesia. in Depok City there are 4,695 cases of pulmonary TB cases. Irenk Medical Center Clinic serves Pulmonary TB Referral services, with a total of 90 cases in 2019-2020. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the physical condition of the house, air circulation, and history of contact with pulmonary TB patients. The benefits of this research are that it can be used as a reference and consideration in making a program that can solve problems in environmental-based pulmonary TB cases, especially in the city of Depok and information facilities add public insight in making environmental health efforts, especially the home environment. Methods: The research design used was case control, the population of this study was people with pulmonary TB, and the control population was people who did not have pulmonary TB. The sample of this study amounted to 74 respondents, consisting of 37 cases and 37 controls, the instrument used was a questionnaire and the data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate with logistic regression test. The variables studied included the physical condition of the house, air circulation, and history of contact with pulmonary TB patients. Multivariate analysis was performed by logistic regression test Results: There are three variables related to the incidence of pulmonary TB, namely the physical condition of the house, air circulation, and history of contact with patients with pulmonary TB. The physical condition of the house is a risk factor for the incidence of pulmonary TB with an aOR of 11.95 (2.86-50.89; p=0.039). Air circulation has an aOR value of 5.86 (1.09-31.46; p=0.000), history of contact with patients with pulmonary TB has an aOR value of 27.39 (5.42-138.48); p=0.001). Discussion: Health promotion strategies need to be carried out in the form of counseling to control the incidence of pulmonary TB. Especially in the service area of the Irenk Medical Center Clinic, Depok. The counseling is centered on improving physical conditions and air circulation in the house as well as maintaining contact with sufferers

Introduction: The high incidence of fires in the DKI Jakarta area certainly increases the risk for DKI Jakarta Firefighters, so Personal Protective Equipment is mandatory for officers when carrying out firefighting operations to prevent and control potential hazards for firefighters. It was recorded that 76 officers were injured and 1 officer died while carrying out firefighting operations in the last 5 (five) years. So it is necessary to know the factors that influence the behavior of using the SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) respiratory Personal Protective Equipment. Methods: This quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach was carried out at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Fire and Rescue Service in 2021 with a population of all DKI Jakarta firefighters and a total sample of 208 firefighters. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Results: The results of data analysis carried out univariate and bivariate using the chi square test with = 0.05 showed a significant relationship between the behavior of using PPE SCBA with the availability of PPE (Pvalue = 0.000), Regulations (SOP) related to the use of PPE (Pvalue = 0.000) and Supervision (Pvalue = 0.000). However, there is no significant relationship between the behavior of using PPE SCBA with knowledge of PPE (Pvalue = 0.180), Age (Pvalue = 0.111), years of service (Pvalue = 0.065), training (Pvalue = 0.087) and PPE comfort (Pvalue = 0.513). Discussion: The behavior of using SCBA PPE for DKI Jakarta firefighters in 2021 is still relatively low because only 54.5% of respondents from firefighters stated that they used SCBA PPE in every fire fighting operation. So it is necessary to increase knowledge related to PPE and skills in using PPE for operational officers through education and training activities, training and technical guidance.

Introduction: Overweight and obesity not only affect an individual’s health physically but also psychologically. So, it is imperative for a clinician to take care both aspects of the individuals. Methods: This study is to report the effects of acupuncture and meditation therapy on the slimming indices of the overweight and obese women visiting our aesthetic clinic. They were voluntarily segregated into two groups, ie. one group consisted of women who selected acupuncture therapy (AT) only, the other group consisted of women who selected acupuncture and meditation therapy (AMT). Both groups’ body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WC) were measured at the first visit and after eight and sixteen sessions of therapy, respectively. The differences between pre-therapy and post-therapy indices and between AT and AMT groups were analysed using two tailed t-test at 95% confidence interval (alpha at 0.05). Results: Subjects were seventeen women with overweight and obesity visiting aesthetic clinic for slimming treatment. Ten women chose AT and seven women chose AMT. After eight and sixteenth sessions of therapy, both AT and AMT groups show very significant reduction in the BMI and WC (P<0.01). The AMT subjects reported that they felt more relaxed and refreshed, and continued meditation practice at home. Discussion: The subjects that chose AMT have significantly lower BMI at the first visit compared to the subjects that chose AT, ie. BMI at 24,33±0,97 kg/m2 and 28,00±2,08 kg/m2(P<0.01), respectively. The age of AMT subjects is in average significantly older than AT subjects, ie. 34,42±5,99 years and 29,2±4,9 years respectively (P<0.01). This may indicate that at the initial or milder state of gaining overweight or obesity, as well as the older women were more aware of the need to seek tranquillity or to overcome the stressful mind through meditation practice.

Introduction: Diseases caused by work become a common health problem and can affect almost all people in the world. As you can see, one of the hazards in the field is ergonomics. The danger from bad posture at work is the cause of the position of the body parts moving uncomfortably which can cause various problems at work, both health problems and work accident problems. Therefore, so that a job does not pose a dangerous risk, it is necessary to have an assessment of ergonomic risk. Researchers aim to analyze the level of ergonomic risk to Welding workers with the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) Method in the Workshop area of PT. Cemindo Gemilang Bayah Banten in 2020. Methods: This research uses mix methods, which is a research step by combining two forms of research approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative. The subjects in this study were the main informants and key informants totaling 4 people. The main informants in this study were 3 welding workers. The key informant is 1 person, namely HSE. Results: The results of the risk level assessment using the REBA method for welding workers are obtained from the scoring of group A with a value of 8 and the results of scoring for group B with a value of 4, then the total results of C to the scoring of groups A and B have a value of 10. Discussion: Based on the Action Level Score, REBA score 10 shows a high level of risk. 3 people out of 4 workers are known to be at high risk of pain so further review and implementation of changes / immediate action are required.
