Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap korban bullying yang bersekolah di SD Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber penelitian ini adalah guru kelas SD Negeri Kecamatan Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi guru meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap korban bullying SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes adalah sebagai berikut: memotivasi, menasehati, bimbingan secara kelompok dan individu, melakukan tindakan pengawasan, memberi peringatan dan hukuman, menjadi tokoh teladan atau panutan, kerjasama dengan orangtua, kerja kelompok, memberikan penghargaan, memasang slogan dan tata tertib di kelas. Kata Kunci: kepedulian, peserta didik, strategi guru ABSTRACT The study aims to find out how the strategy of teacher to improve the careness of learness about bullying victims in the 4th grade SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. This type of this research is qualitative research with case study approach. The source of this research is the teacher of 4th grade Elementary School Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency, in the 2016/2017 school year. Technique of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study indicate that the teacher’s strategy to improve students’ careness of the 4th grade bullying victims SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes as follows: motivating, counseling, grup and individual guidance, taking surveillance, giving warning and punishment, beaing a role model, working withparents, groups, rewarding, show of slogans and order in the classroom. ABSTRAK Konseling yang berisi kegiatan tanya jawab dengan menantang pikiran-pikiran berkaitan dengan masalah pikiran irasional konseli dinilai sebagai cara konvensional dan dirasa perlu mendapatkan modifikasi dalam hal teknik agar dapat memberi perubahan yang signifikan. Beberapa tahun terakhir terlihat adanya peningkatan jumlah penggunaan teknik non-tradisional berkaitan dengan praktik konseling. Salah satu esensi kunci efektivitas proses konseling dapat dilakukan dengan memasukkan unsur kreativitas melalui pendekatan multisisi. Dua aktivitas yang didasarkan pada creative counseling yakni menggunakan kegiatan mengganti/mengedit/menghapus kaset/USB/Harddisk dan latihan menuliskan benar/salah kiranya dapat digunakan sebagai referensi menyelesaikan masalah individu yang memiliki pikiran-pikiran irasional. Kata Kunci: keyakinan yang irasional, konseling kreatif ABSTRACT Counseling that contains question and answer activities by challenging thoughts related to the irrational problem of the counselee is assessed as a conventional method and feels necessary to get modifications in terms of techniques in order to provide significant changes. In recent years there has been an increase in the number of uses of non-traditional techniques related to counseling practices. One key essence of the effectiveness of the counseling process can be done by incorporating elements of creativity through a multi-faceted approach. The purpose of this article is to present the concept of creative counseling to overcome irrational belief. Two activities that are based on creative counseling that are using activities to change / edit / delete tapes / USB / Harddisks and practice writing true / false can be used as a reference to solve the problem of individuals who have irrational thoughts. ABSTRAK Remaja merupakan fase penting dalam masa perkembangan terutama mengenai kemampuan dalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan pilihan karir masa depannya. Keputusan karir akan mudah dicapai apabila peserta didik memiliki kematangan karir yang baik. Konseling kelompok merupakan layanan yang dapat membantu peserta didik mengatasi hambatan dalam kematangan karir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka yang didukung oleh data-data dari beberapa artikel, buku-buku sumber, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya. Guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat menerapkan layanan konseling kelompok untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah karir. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam rangka membantu kematangan karir peserta didik dalam konseling kelompok adalah pendekatan yang berfokus untuk mengubah pikiran negative dan keyakinan maladaptive (CBT) yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan Cognitive Behavior Theraphy (CBT) secara efektif dapat membantu dalam mengatasi permasalahan karir peserta didik. Kata Kunci: kematangan karir, konseling kelompok, terapi perilaku kognitif ABSTRACT Teenage is an important phase in the developmental period, especially regarding the ability to make decisions about his future career choices. Career decisions will be easily achieved if students have good career maturity. Group counseling is a service that can help students overcome obstacles in career maturity. The research method used is a literature review that is supported by data from several articles, source books, and other supporting documents. Guidance and counseling teachers can apply group counseling services to overcome career problems. One approach that can be used in order to help the career maturity of students in group counseling is an approach that focuses on changing negative thoughts and maladaptive beliefs (CBT) that are owned by students. The results of the study showed that group counseling services with the Cognitive Behavior Theraphy (CBT) approach can be effectively help in solving the career problems of students. ABSTRAK Tanpa pendidikan perkembangan dan perwujudan manusia akan lebih terbelakang dibanding dengan binatang, karena insting yang ada pada diri manusia sangatlah minim, sedangkan insting pada binatang sangatlah optimal. Apakah pendidikan itu? Pertanyaan tersebut secara langsung mengangkat ontology ilmu pendidikan, yaitu kenyataan mendasar yang terkandung upaya pendidikan terarah pada pengembangan kemampuan manusia. Pendidikan dalam rangka upaya pendidikan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak, terutama subyek yang berada dalam suasana belajar, subyek yang menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran dan pihak-pihak lain yang terkait dengan terselenggaranya suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran itu. Terkait dengan hal belajar, lalu sekolah untuk apa? Yaitu, untuk membantu menunaikan kewajiban dalam mendidik, membasmi kebodohan diri sendiri dan orang lain, semakin tinggi pendidikan seseorang bertambah mulia akhlak dan semakin berkontribusi positif bagi lingkungannya, melestarikan dan mengembangkan suatu identitas dan ciri khas daerah, serta kearifan lokal dalam suasana pendidikan. Tidak lain adalah terwujudkannya suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, tugas utama penyelenggara pendidikan adalah mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran. ABSTRAK Salah satu bagian penting dalam proses pembelajaran adalah motivasi. Beberapa pertanyaaan pengantar juga dinilai mampu menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran berkaitan, tujuannya adalah supaya siswa lebih aktif, lebih berani dan mampu belajar lebih baik lagi (Bahrudin, 2014). Pendekatan REBT memiliki tujuan untuk mengubah pandangan dan keyakinan irasional klien menjadi rasional, membantu mengubah sikap, cara berpikir dan persepsi, oleh karena itu klien diharapkan mampu mengembangkan dan mencapai realisasi diri secara optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka yang didukung oleh data-data dari beberapa artikel, buku-buku sumber, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar pada siswa adalah hal penting yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pencapaian hasil pembelajaran agar optimal. Salah satu pendekatan dalam bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat meningatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik ialah REBT yang dapat membantu peserta didik membuka wawasan dan memiliki pemikiran yang rasional dalam tindakan yang berhubungan dengant ujuan belajar. Kata Kunci: bimbingan kelompok, motivasi belajar, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) ABSTRACT One important part of the learning process is motivation. Some introductory questions are also considered to be able to foster curiosity of students towards related learning material, the goal is so that students are more active, bolder and able to learn better (Bahrudin, 2014). Therefore, when students have good learning motivation, the goal of the learning process in the classroom can be said to be successful. The REBT approach has the goal of changing the views and irrational beliefs of clients to be rational, helping to change attitudes, ways of thinking and perception, therefore clients are expected to be able to develop and achieve optimal self-realization. This study uses a literature study that is by linking research with existing literature and filling in the gaps in previous research. The results of the study show that motivation to learn to students is an important thing needed in the process of achieving learning outcomes to be optimal. One approach in guidance and counseling that can enhance students' learning motivation is REBT which can help students open their horizons and have rational thinking in actions related to learning goals. ABSTRAK Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan survey di sekolah. Untuk memperoleh data digunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 20. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh konsep diri dan motivasi belajar secara bersama- sama terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. 2) Pengaruh konsep diri terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. 3) Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini karena masalah utama pendidikan di Indonesia adalah masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa di sekolah, terutama untuk mata pelajaran IPS yang dianggap sulit dan siswa cenderung tidak menyukainya. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa diantaranya karena siswa memiliki konsep diri dan motivasi belajar yang kurang. Hasil uji hipotesis menyeluruh ini: (1) konsep diri dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai Sig. 0,00 < 0,05 dan Fh= 20,842 dengan kontribusi X1 & X2 sebesar 37,3% terhadap Y; (2) konsep diri berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai Sig. 0,001 < 0,05 da th = 3,584 dan; (3) motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai Sig. 0,00 < 0,05 da th = 3,802. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri dan motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil atau prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Serang. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the formula of multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 20 program. This study aims to determine1) The influence between self-concept and learning motivation on learning achievement in Social Sciences. 2) Effect of self-concept on learning achievement in Social Sciences. 3) Effect of learning motivation on learning achievement in Social Sciences. The background of this study is the main problem of education in Indonesia, which is still low student learning outcomes in schools, especially for social studies subjects that are considered difficult and students tend to dislike it. Some of the factors that influence the low student learning achievement include because students have a self-concept and lack of learning motivation. the results of the hypothesis test indicate that: (1) self-concept and learning motivation have a significant effect jointly on learning achievement in Social Sciences. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the Sig. 0.00 <0.05 and Fh = 20.842 with contributions X1 & X2 of 37.3% to Y; (2) self-concept has a significant effect on learning achievement in Social Sciences. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the Sig. 0.001 <0.05 and th = 3.584 and; (3) learning motivation has a significant effect on learning achievement in Social Sciences. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the Sig. 0.00 <0.05 and th = 3.802. The results of the study showed that self-concept and learning motivation had a significant influence on the results or student achievement in the State Middle School in Serang District. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pendidikan yang diperuntukkan bagi semua anak, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki karakter yang berbeda-beda, khususnya slow learner dalam pembelajaran mengalami keterlambatan dalam memahami materi. Oleh karena itulah diperlukan peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus untuk membantu memberikan pendidikan yang lebih baik sesuai dengan karakternya. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus kepada slow learner di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus kepada slow learner di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa peran orangtua yaitu meliputi: orangtua sebagai pendamping utama, orangtua sebagai advokat, orangtua sebagai guru, orangtua sebagai diagnostian. Serta peran guru pembimbing khusus yang meliputi: merancang dan melaksanakan program kekhususan, melakukan identifikasi, asesmen dan menyususn program pembelajaran individual, memodifikasi bahan ajar, melakukan evaluasi, dan membuat laporan program dan perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Dengan peran peran tersebut, maka sebagian besar anak berkebutuhan khusus di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun dapat memberikan layanan dengan baik. Saran untuk penelitian ini orangtua senantiasa mendorong anaknya untuk belajar bersungguh-sungguh di rumah dan di skolah, serta menyediakan fasilitas belajar yang mendukung perkembangan pendidikan bagi anaknya. Kata Kunci: peran guru pembimbing khusus, peran orangtua, slow learner   ABSTRACT Background of the study was the existence of education aimed at all children, including children with special needs. Children with special needs have different characters, thus affecting their learning achievement. Therefore, the role of parents and special tutors were needed to help them improve learning achievement. The research question of this research was how the role of parents and special guidance teachers towards learning achievement of children with special needs in SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. The focus of this research was the role of parents and special guidance teachers on learning achievement of children with special needs in grades 1, 2 and 3 of SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents and special guidance teachers on the learning achievement of children with special needs in Arcawinangun 5 Public Elementary School. This type of research was qualitative research with a case study approach. Technique of data collection was observation, interviews, documentation and source triangulation. The results of this research indicated that there were several roles of parents, namely: parents as the main companion, parents as advocates, parents as teachers, parents as diagnostics. As well as the role of a special mentor teacher which includes: designing and implementing specific programs, identifying, assessing and arranging individual learning programs, modifying teaching materials, evaluating, and making program reports and development of children with special needs.With this role, most of the children with special needs in SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun can improve their learning achievement well.Suggestions of this research were parents always encourage their children to study seriously at home and at school, and provide learning facilities that support the development of education for their children. ABSTRACT All aspects of development are very important in a person's life where the development of cognition, affection and psychomotor is well developed in accordance with its development, these three aspects can be said to be good and successful if the three aspects develop well. Like wise with the psychomotor aspect where between gross motor and fine motor are also balanced. Motoric is the development of coordinated body movement control between nerves, brain, and spinal cord (spinal cord or spinal cord). Child's gross motorization can be optimized by improving his motor movement coordination skills through physical activity in the form of coordination of body movements. Like throwing, catching, kicking, running, melopat, and maintaining balance. The condition of a Down Syndrome child who experiences weakness in the ability to think will affect in all aspects of his life. Down syndrome children have problems in cognitive abilities, effective and self-care abilities. This results in them needing special education. Basically, the educational goals that children with Down Syndrome want to achieve are not different from those of education in general. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine self regulated learning and family support for career maturity. Subjects were 42 students of class XII in SMAN Y Karawang. This study used self regulated learning scale with Cronbach alpha 0,861, family support scale with Cronbach alpha 0,876, and career maturity scale with Cronbach alpha 0,931. Data analysis using multiple regression. This study found that there was an influence between self regulated learning and family support to career maturity. ABSTRACT Parental perception will affect the fulfillment of children’s participation rights. Fullfilment of children’s participation rights will be fulfilled optimally if parents pay anttention to opinions while providing opportunities for children to make and make decisions about the child’s goals and self-interest. The subjects studied consisted of 5 subjects consisting of father and mother who had children aged 9- 12 years. This study uses qualitative research methods, with data retrieval tools in teh form of interviews, observation and documentation. From the research found data were the subjects do not fulfill the right of participation of children up to the maximum ladder where children’s participation rights range from the first ladder to the third ladder. The first ladder to the third ladder is actually a non- participating ladder. This means that children is manipulated, dominated by parents, there is direct communation and the severity of the parent. The children felt disappointed, sad, and angry with the parents but they still tried to hear and obey the parent’s decision. Children from third and fourth subjects experienced excessive fear to speak to their parent (father). Suggestions for parents to be more caring and fulfill the rights of children’s participation so as not to affect the growth and development of children.
