This study aims to provide a comprehensive description of the level of the number of students who have misconceptions about Newton's II Law. This research is located at one State Junior High School in Kab. Pandeglang. The purposive sampling was considering used in this study because it is important to distinguish students who do not know the concept of students who experience misconception. Data were collected using a three tier-test diagnostic test and analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that the level of misconception was in the two categories of high and medium levels. It needs an innovative teaching technique for subsequent research to treat Newton's Newton misconception.

Kejadian dismenorea primer di Indonesia sekitar 54,89%, sisanya 45,11% dismenorea sekunder. Dismenorea primer  pada siswi SMP X dari 35 siswi 25 siswi mengalami disminor bila haid. Salah satu pengobatan dismenorea secara non-farmakologis yaitu hipnoterapi. Hipnoterapi merupakan salah satu cara yang mudah, cepat, efektif, dan efisien dalam menjangkau pikiran bawah sadar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hipnoterapi terhadap dismenorea pada siswi SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre Eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre-test-post-test. Jumlah populasi yang didapat 117 orang dan jumlah sampel yang diambil 20 orang, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh secara langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan alat ukur Verbal Descriptor Scale (VDS). Analisis data melalui dua tahapan, yaitu univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji t-dependen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai rata-rata skala dismenorea sebelum diberikan intervensi adalah 6,50 dan nilai rata-rata sesudah diberikan intervensi adalah 1,35, terdapat pengaruh hipnoterapi terhadap dismenorea (t=17,596, p-value= 0,001). Hipnoterapi dapat disarankan untuk diterapkan sebagai tindakan nonfarmakologis untuk mengatasi dismenorea.Kata kunci: Dismenorea primer, hipnoterapi, SMP.Effect of Hypnotherapy on Alleviating Primary Dysmenorrhea in Junior High School StudentsAbstractThe incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in Indonesia amounts to approximately 54.89%, while another 45.11% is secondary dysmenorrhea. 25 out of 35 female students at SMP Patriot Bangsa (Patriot Bangsa Junior High School) experience primary dysmenorrhea when menstruating. One of nonpharmacological treatments for dysmenorrhea is hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is an easy, fast, effective, and efficient way to treat dysmenorrhea by reaching the subconcious. This research aimed to identify the effect of hypnotherapy on dysmenorrhea in junior high school students. This research used a pre-experimental method with one group pretest- posttest design. The population of this research was 117 students and 20 students were chosen as sample with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected from respondents using Verbal Descriptor Scale (VDS) instrument. Data were analyzed in two steps, univariate and bivariate with t-dependent test. The results showed that the average value of dysmenorrhea before intervention is 6.5 and after intervention is 1.35. Hypnotherapy was found to have an effect on dysmenorrhea (t=17,596, p-value 0,001). It was suggested to the school that they should conduct nonpharmacological interventions such as hypnotherapy as treatment of dysmennorhea.Key words: Dysmenorrhea primer, hypnotherapy, SMP.

Abstract The purposes of this research are to describe the ways of students’ traffic order for Junior High School 1 Ulakan Tapakis, identify factors that influence the orderly behavior of the students, and describe the efforts have done by related parties ( school and police) in improving the orderly behavior of traffic toward students at Junior High School 1 Ulakan Tapakis.The type of this research is phenomenological research with a qualitative approach. Purposive sampling technique is used to determine informants. The types of data are primary and secondary data which are collected through observation, interviews, questionnaire, and documentation studies. The test of data validity is done through triangulation technique. While the data analysis techniques used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification.The results of the research showed that the students have not yet orderly traffic. It can be seen from the aspect of completeness of the vehicle letter, in the aspect of Motor Vehicle Equipment, in the aspect of Safety Rules Driving. Factors that affect education, personality, law enforcement, means or facilities. Efforts are made to improve the behavior of orderly traffic that is counseling. From the results of the study can be concluded that 1) Students do not understand and implement Law no. 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transport related to motorcycle riding regulations. 2) Students have good knowledge but it is not followed by a good understanding of traffic rules so that influence attitudes and behavior, law enforcers have not carried out their duties effectively, means or facilities of traffic is not adequate. 3) The school and the police have not been maximized in an effort to improve the behavior of traffic order to students. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian fenomenologi pendekatan kualitatif. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data adalah data primer dan skunder yang dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data melalui teknik triangulasi sumber. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan siswa belum tertib berlalu lintas, dilahat dari aspek kelengkapan surat kendaraan, aspek perlengkapan kendaraan bermotor, aspek peraturan keselamatan berkendara. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pendidikan, kepribadian, penegak hukum, sarana atau fasilitas. Upaya yang dilakukan meningkatkan perilaku tertib berlalu lintas yaitu penyuluhan . Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) siswa belum memahami serta melaksanakan Undang-Undang No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan terkait peraturan mengendarai sepeda motor. 2) Siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang baik namun belum diikuti dengan pemahaman yang baik tentang aturan lalu lintas sehingga mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku, penegak hukum belum melaksanakan tugasnya secara efektif, sarana atau fasilitas lalu lintas belum memadai. 3) Pihak sekolah dan kepolisisan belum maksimal dalam upaya meningkatkan perilaku tertib berlalu lintas pada siswa. This study aims to find an alternative media to support Chemistry learning that is suitable for the material of Acids, Bases, and Salts for class VII SMP. The research was conducted from August to October 2021 at YWKA II Junior High School, East Jakarta. The research subjects were 36 students of class VII A and 36 students of class VII B. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique and cluster random sampling. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method, where the differences in student chemistry learning outcomes are seen between two supporting media, namely comics and learning CDs. The questions were tested first on students who had gotten the material on acids, bases, and salts before. The questions tested were 40 multiple choice questions and 31 valid questions were obtained. The research was conducted by giving lectures and supporting media to two classes. The indicators measured in this study were the pretest and posttest scores of the two class groups. Based on the results of the prerequisite test, the data obtained were normally distributed and homogeneous. After statistical testing using the T test at = 0.05, the value of tcount (1.54) is smaller than ttable (2.00). The calculation results show that the null hypothesis (H0) is accepted and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected, which means that there is no significant difference between students who use comics supporting media and Learning CDs. From the results of the research, it is known that the supporting media for comics and learning CDs can both be used to improve chemistry learning outcomes for junior high school students. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari alternatif media pendukung pembelajaran Kimia yang sesuai untuk materi Asam, Basa, dan Garam kelas VII SMP. Penelitian dilakukan sejak bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2021 di SMP YWKA II Jakarta Timur. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A sebanyak 36 siswa dan siswa kelas VII B sebanyak 36 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan cluster random sampling. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode quasi eksperimen, dimana perbedaan hasil belajar kimia siswa dilihat antara dua media pendukung yaitu komik dan CD Pembelajaran. Soal diujicobakan terlebih dahulu kepada siswa yang telah mendapatkan materi asam, basa, dan garam sebelumnya. Soal yang diujicobkan sebanyak 40 soal pilihan ganda dan didapat soal yang valid sebanyak 31 soal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan ceramah dan media pendukung kepada dua kelas. Indikator yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah nilai pretest dan posttest dari dua kelompok kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian prasyarat, data yang diperoleh berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Setelah dilakukan pengujian secara statistik menggunakan uji T pada ? = 0.05, diperoleh harga thitung (1.54) lebih kecil dari ttabel (2.00). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nol (H0) diterima dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) ditolak, yang berarti bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang menggunakan media pendukung komik dengan CD Pembelajaran. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa media pendukung komik dan CD pembelajaran sama-sama dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kimia siswa SMP.

Teaching writing to junior high school students is absolutely a challenging job for English teacher in Indonesia, it also happened in a junior high school in Jombang. The researchers found that both teacher and students got problem in writing process because of the students’ low ability in writing and monotonous writing teaching technique used by the teacher. This research used a Classroom Action Research design to solve the problem by using Make a match teaching technique. Make a match is considered to be one of cooperative learning method which has some benefits in teaching learning process. The result of data analysis indicates that Make a match bring benefits to improve students’ writing and class participation.

This research is aimed at describing (1) the characteristics of items about a diagnostic test of circle material in mathematics, (2) how significant the percentage of students' types of errors in answering the questions, and (3) the diagnosis of students' difficulties in answering the questions based on DINA model. This research is quantitative descriptive research involving eighth graders of junior high school in East Lombok regency as the population. The sample was chosen by a proportionate random sampling technique, consisting of 105 students for preliminary field testing and 416 students for main field testing. The instrument of this study was a diagnostic test using a four-option multiple-choice format. Data on students' responses were analyzed using the R program with CDM (Cognitive Diagnostic Model) DINA model, which requires underlying attributes for each item. The results show that: (1) the diagnostic test instrument had met the qualitative and quantitative content validity; (2) the percentage of students' answers retrieved from the conceptual error is 18.47%, 9.99% is interpretation error, the procedural error is 7.80%, and counting error is 14.57%; (3) based on the results of the analysis with DINA model, students' error in answering the questions of the circle material in mathematics are dominantly caused by students' lack of mastery on solving problems associated to the circumference of a circle, that is, (A28) the ability to calculate the length of a path, and (A29) the ability to calculate many rounds on wheels.

Sekolah berbasis agama dan boarding semakin banyak di Indonesia dan pengetahuan tentang personal hygiene terutama saat menstruasi penting untuk mencegah berbagai masalah kesehatan reproduksi yang dapat terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi antara siswi pesantren dan sekolah negeri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Banin Kabupaten Cirebon dan SMP Negeri 1 Talun Kabupaten Cirebon pada bulan Mei 2018. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi dari sekolah terkait yang sudah mengalami menstruasi. Responden pada penelitian ini dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 95 orang dari tiap-tiap sekolah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan software Epi Info dengan uji Fisher-exact. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan baik didapatkan pada 96% siswa SMP Negeri, sementara pada siswi Pondok pesantren sebanyak 86%. Dari hasil uji statistik didapatkan perbedaan bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan siswi pondok pesantren dan siswi SMP Negeri (p<0,05). Terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna mengenai tingkat pengetahuan yang baik pada siswi SMP Negeri dibanding dengan siswi pesantren. Perlu promosi/edukasi kesehatan kepada siswi pesantren agar tingkat pengetahuan mereka tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi dapat setara dengan siswi SMP Negeri. COMPARISON OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MENSTRUAL HYGIENE BETWEEN  FEMALE STUDENTS IN BOARDING SCHOOL AND REGULAR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN KABUPATEN CIREBONReligious and boarding schools are becoming increasingly common in Indonesia, and knowledge of personal hygiene especially during menstruation is important to prevent reproductive health problems that may occur. The purpose of this study was to know the difference on the level of knowledge about personal hygiene during menstruation between students at private boarding school and government schools. This research is an observational analytic study with cross sectional approach. The research had been conducted at Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Banin, Cirebon district and Junior High School 1 Talun, Cirebon District on May 2018. The population of this study were all female students from related schools who have had experienced of menarche. Respondents in this study were selected by purposive sampling technique 95 people from each school. Data analysis was done with Epi Info software and analyzed by Fisher-exact test. The results showed that good knowledge level was obtained in 86% of private boarding school students, while in government   school students was 96%. There was a significant difference on the level of good knowledge about personal hygiene during menstruation between government junior junior high school students compared to private boarding school students (p<0,05). It is needed to encourage  promotion of health education especially on the knowledge of personal hygiene during menstruation.

This research is motivated by the results of previous research which shows that students' mathematical reasoning ability is not as expected. One of the lessons to improve the ability of mathematical reasoning is inductive learning. The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of students' mathematical reasoning ability as a result of inductive learning. This study is a quasi-experiment that implements two lessons namely inductive learning and conventional learning. Population in this research is a student of the junior high school in Regency of West Bandung. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and obtained two classes as research sample. The research instrument used is the test of mathematical reasoning ability. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that the improvement of mathematical reasoning ability of students who get inductive learning is better than students who get conventional learning.

Abstrak: Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian diskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Getasan materi bangun datar segi empat. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian meliputi 6 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Getasan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, tes dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari 6 subjek yang diteliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1)subjek yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi belum tentu menunjukkan bahwa dia kreatif; (2)2 subjek yang memiliki kemampuan sedang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif mereka berbeda; (3) 2 subjek yang memiliki kemampuan rendah menunjukkan bahwa keduanya tidak kreatif.Abstract:  The researcher used descriptive kualitative method  the aim to describe the level of students’ ability in creative  thinking. The study was conducted in the material about plane rectanguler at grade VIII in Junior High School  1 Getasan. In collecting the data used purposive sampling. The participans of this study were 6 students grade 8th in SMP Negeri 1 Getasan. The study was conducted by observation, test and interview. Based on the data analysis result from 6 subjects, the reseacher concluded that: (1) subjects who have high ability don’t necessarily show that they are creative, (2)2 subjects who have medium abilty show that the level of students’ ability in thinking createvely are different; (3) 2 subjects who have low ability show that both of them are not creative.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini </em><em>berupa </em><em>data </em><em>ter</em><em>tulis berita berbahasa Jawa dalam majalah Panjebar Semangat. Sumber data penelitian adalah dokumen dan informan. Data analysis ie interactive data analysis</em><em>. </em><em>Conclusion: (1) News cohesion in </em><em>Panjebar Semangat magazine</em><em> is grammatical and lexical. Conjugate elements dominate in grammatical cohesion compared to the elements of reference, substitution, and percolation; whereas repetition elements predominate in form cohesion compared to elements of synonymy, antonymy, collocation, hyponimi, and equivalence; (2) Coherence of news in </em><em>Panjebar Semangat magazine</em><em> of the type of causal relationship is more dominant than that of the means-of-means relationship, the causes, the means, the conclusion, the outcomes, the paradigms, the amplicatives, the additive-time, the identification, generic-specific, and like; (3) Various forms of cohesion and type of news coherence in Panyebar Semangat magazines are considered suitable and suitable as Javanese language learning materials for junior high school students, whether viewed from the aspects of language, culture, philosophy, and curricular.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><strong><em>s:</em></strong><em> </em><em>cohesion, coherence, Javanese news, learning materials</em><em></em></p>
