Business ethics is a character that is used to differentiate between a good and bad thing, right or wrong, should or should not, etc. and means a general principle that corrects someone to implement it in their behavior in terms of the business world. In today's era where technology has developed very rapidly, people can often understand in the business world about a business that has the main goal of getting very much profit. In economic law that continues to rely on little capital and also wants to get as much profit as possible, it is possible that business actors dominate business actors so that they do everything they can to get very large profits. Whereas in Islamic law, it has been explained how the ethics of doing business in sharia which have been exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the application of business ethics in online buying and selling transactions on Lazada Marketplace with sharia business ethics in accordance with the rules set by Islam. The method used in this study is a descriptive method to describe an object or subject as it is to present reality and have the characteristics of the object precisely studied. The results showed that Islamic business ethics have not been applied in the practice of buying and selling in online stores in Marketplace Lazada and the application of business ethics practices has not been in accordance with islamic business ethics principles. Etika bisnis adalah karakter yang digunakan untuk membedakan antara hal yang baik dan buruk, benar atau salah, harus atau tidak, dll dan berarti prinsip umum yang mengoreksi seseorang untuk menerapkannya dalam perilaku mereka dalam dunia bisnis. Di era sekarang ini di mana teknologi berkembang sangat pesat, orang sering kali dapat memahami dalam dunia bisnis tentang sebuah bisnis yang memiliki tujuan utama untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang sangat banyak. Dalam hukum ekonomi yang terus mengandalkan modal yang kecil dan juga ingin mendapatkan keuntungan yang sebesar-besarnya, tidak menutup kemungkinan pelaku usaha mendominasi pelaku usaha sehingga melakukan segala cara untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang sangat besar. Padahal dalam hukum Islam telah dijelaskan bagaimana etika berbisnis secara syariah yang telah dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian penerapan etika bisnis dalam transaksi jual beli online di Marketplace Lazada dengan etika bisnis syariah sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif untuk menggambarkan suatu objek atau subjek apa adanya untuk menyajikan realitas dan memiliki ciri-ciri objek yang diteliti secara tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis Islam belum diterapkan dalam praktik jual beli di toko online dalam Marketplace Lazada serta penerapan praktik etika bisnis belum sesuai dengan dengan prinsip etika bisnis Islam.

Business ethics is a study of true or false moral. People doing business aims to findas much profit as possible, even using unethical means. The conventional classic economiclaw controls the capital as small as possible and dredge profits as good as possible. Thusmaking the business people to justify everything. It's no surprise that business people donot pay attention to social responsibility and business ethics. This research aims to knowthe Islamic business and to know the attitudes of the traders in the market Manaqibalready in accordance with Islamic business ethics. Research is done by collecting datafrom a variety of sources: books, magazines, journals or other writings and is supported by direct observation or observation and interviews and then then Symbolisions. The methodused in this research is a descriptive method with a normative juridical approach. Anormative juridical approach is an approach made based on key legal materials byexamining theories, concepts, principles of law and legislation. From the results of theresearch found that traders understand the ethical selling good by offering goods in anhonest, trustworthy, polite, and do not conceal the defective goods. When it is stored byother merchants they keep it well. Traders are traders who are ethics of Islamic business,because almost all traders in the market Manaqib have applied the foundations of Islamicbusiness ethics on the implementation of its businesses

The Manggisan ebankment market is a traditional market where the people conduct daily buying and selling transactions. In conducting business activities does not deny the existence of fraud that can be caused by a lack of awareness and knowledge in doing business based on Islamic business ethics. Awareness of the application of business ethics values must be carried out by every market player. Syari’ah business ethics is a moral reference as part of Islamic forms of Akhlaqul Karimah in muamalah. Islamic business ethics is based on monotheism, honesty, justice (balance) and kindness (ihsan). In conducting business activities Abu Hamid Muhammad Al Ghazali emphasied to always be guided by Islamic business ethics because by doing so a Muslim in doing his business will get two advantages namely the world and the hereafter. The formulation of the problem from this study is how the behavior of the vegetable traders ethics in the embankment Manggisan market. And how the behavior of greengrocer business ethics in the market of Abu Hamid Muhammad Al Ghazali’s embankment perspective. This research is a type of (field research) by using juridical empirical methods, namely methods that collect data by means af observation, interviews and documentation of the behavior of business ethics of vegetable traders in conducting business activities.Based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that in general the vegetable traders in the Manggisan embankment market have applied business ethics behavior in their business activities. Including starting a business by reading basmalah, not reducing scales and not taking very much profit, even though in reality they do not understand that what they are doing is part of the theory of business ethics. But there are still traders who someties are rude to buyers due to having personal problems with their families, this is considered to have violated Islamic business ethis. One of the principles that must be possessed by a Muslim trader is to be good so that what is done will provide benefits to others so that the business carried out does not only benefit themselves but also benefits others.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>The business world cant be separated from business ethics. Many research results indicate apositive relationship between business ethics and corporate success. So far, dishonest business practices, which is only concern of the maximum benefit and cause negative effect for other will lead to company breaking, even a big company. Become aware of business ethic, people began to emphasize the importance of relationship factorsin business ethics. So the purpose of this research was to analyze the application of Islamic business ethicson profitability of Rumah Yoghurt based on employee prespective. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach, which systematically describes the focus of research on the relationship of the application of Islamic business ethics on profitability of the company based on employee perspective. Research subjects were 30 employees Rumah Yoghurt. Analysis of the data conducting in four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the islamic bussiness ethics which was adopted by Rumah Yoghurt become the effective way in improving profitability of the company. It was proven by the average overall score of high employee questionnaire results, both on the ethical a spects of management, marketing ethics, and environmental ethic. Running its business and operations, rumah yoghurt has islamic bussiness ethic standart which become guideline for entire business activities and operations. Implementation of those standart properly will lead to profitability increase.</p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Dunia bisnis tidak bisa dilepaskan dari etika bisnis. Banyak hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara etika bisnis dan kesuksesan perusahaan. Pada akhirnya praktek bisnis yang tidak jujur, hanya memikirkan keuntungan maksimal dan merugikan pihak lain akan membawa perusahaan besar sekalipun akan hancur. Bersama dengan semakin besarnya kesadaran etika dalam berbisnis, orang mulai menekankan pentingnya keterkaitan faktor-faktor etika dalam bisnis. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah analisis penerapan etika bisnis Islam terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Rumah Yoghurt berdasarkan perspektif karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang fokus penelitian yaitu hubungan penerapan etika bisnis Islam dengan tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan berdasarkan perspektif karyawan. Subjek penelitian merupakan 30 orang karyawan Rumah Yoghurt. Analisis data melalui empat tahap, yaitu: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penyebaran kuisioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis Islam yang diterapkan oleh mayoritas karyawan efektif dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari keseluruhan rata-rata skor hasil kuisioner karyawan yang tinggi, baik pada aspek etika manajemen, etika pemasaran, maupun etika lingkungan. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha dan operasionalnya, Rumah Yogurt memiliki standar pedoman etika bisnis Islam yang dijadikan landasan seluruh kegiatan usaha dan operasional perusahaan. Apabila perusahaan dapat menerapkan pedoman etika bisnis Islam tersebut dengan baik dan secara berkelanjutan, maka diyakini oleh sebagian besar karyawan, tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan akan meningkat.</p>

In Islamic economy, the market has important values, because it must have morality or ethics which is one of the responsibilities of every economic agents. Ethics in business must be realized personally which aims for every business person who trades to seek the maximum profit, in Islamic trade it is not just looking for a profit but looking for a blessing. This research explains how the application of Islamic business ethics in marketing Muslim clothing at Almeera Moslem Store Bogor and how the concept of Islamic marketing in Muslim business at Almeera Moslem Store Bogor. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which means to describe some information in the field with data collection techniques used in this study in the form of interviews, and documentation.  The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics in the marketing practice of Muslim clothing at Almeera Muslim Store Bogor has fully implemented the principles of justice, the principle of justice, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility, and the principle of truth.  In the implementation of the marketing concept at the Almeera Moslem Store Bogor in the form of product marketing, prices, and transactions, but there is one thing, namely product satisfaction which is a problem for which there is no solution.  The general solution is to negotiate. Almeera Moslem Store Bogor is always friendly and courteous to consumers in service and marketing as has been implemented in Islamic law.

The discourse that occurred as a result of the 4.0 industrial revolution, besides having a positive impact also had a negative impact on some of the old market participants (incumbent) or conventional business people. Many of the incumbents feel threatened, this is because consumers in old markets or conventional markets have started to switch to new markets by incarnating through digital markets or the internet of things / internet for everything. In this article, the author wants to analyze the implications of the disruptive era for the sustainability of conventional markets. The research was conducted through a qualitative methodology, and reviewed through a business approach. Based on the analysis conducted by the author on some general description of the implications of the disruptive phenomenon on the sustainability of conventional markets through the concept of Islamic Business Ethics, the authors conclude that conventional business practitioners in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0, should align their markets with human development in this digital era. This is based on Islamic business ethics principles, which encourage business practitioners to do their best in developing their business. In addition, which is in accordance with the facts, that the occurrence of disruptive phenomena is inevitable, especially in the business world. Therefore, with the incumbent adjustments to new market patterns, this is one of the golden strategies in boosting the market, because inevitably the new market already has a place among consumers in this digital era. Banyak diantara para incumbent yang merasa terancam, hal ini diakibatkan karena pasar konventional sudah mulai berekonstruksi menjadi pasar baru dengan menjelma melalui digitalmarketplaceatau serba-serbi internet of things/internet for everything.Oleh karena itu, dalam artikel ini penulis hendak menganilisis tentang implikasi dari era disruption terhadap keberlangsungan pasar konventional. Penelitian akan dilakukan melalui metodologi kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian field research,yang ditinjau melalui pendekatan bisnis. Berdasarkan analisis yang penulis lakukan melalui konsep Etika Bisnis Islam, bahwa para pelaku bisnis konventional dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 yang berimplikasi pada perubahan pasar haruslah berusaha menyelaraskan pasar mereka dengan perkembangan manusia di era internet for everything ini. Hal tersebut didasarkanpada prinsip etika bisnis Islam yang menganjurkan para praktisi bisnis untuk melakukan yang terbaik dalam pengembangan bisnisnya. Di samping itu, terjadinya fenomena disruption sudah tidak mungkin bisa dielakkan lagi, khususnya dalam dunia bisnis. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya upaya penyelarasan oleh incumbent terhadap pola indutrialisasi di era disruption, karenafenomena ini merupakan salah satu peluang emas dalam mendongkrak pasar, dengan kondisi laju pasar yang mau tidak mau pasar baru sudah diterima oleh konsumen di era digital ini. Abstract: This study discusses the Understanding of Procedures for Doing Business in Muslim Clothing According to Islamic Sharia Principles (Study of Muslim Clothing Traders in the Palopo Commercial Center). The purpose of this study is to find out how to trade Muslim clothing according to Islamic sharia principles. In this study, using a qualitative descriptive method, namely, a study aimed at describing the phenomenon of events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of individuals individually or in groups. This study concludes that the procedure for trading Muslim clothing according to Islamic law in PNP is a description of the level of seller's understanding of the procedures for doing business in accordance with Islamic sharia principles. And the descriptions that are sold are good items and do not disappoint consumers. Quality and type of goods, some buyers say that the seller is not honest and the quality of the goods. And Buyers feel that the seller applies the element of usury. So it can be concluded that Muslim fashion traders in the Central Business Center in Palopo do not partly implement Islamic business procedures, but there are some Muslim fashion traders applying Islamic business procedures.Keywords: Understanding of Business Procedures; Islamic Sharia. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pemahaman Tata Cara Berbisnis Busana Muslim Menurut Prinsip Syariat Islam (Studi Pada Pedagang Busana Muslim Di Pusat Niaga Palopo). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengetahui  bagaimana  tata  cara  berdagang  busana  muslim  menurut  prinsip  syariat  Islam.  Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif   yaitu, suatu penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan menganalisa fenomena peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi, pemikiran orang secara individual maupun kelompok. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tata cara berdagang busana muslim menurut syariat Islam di PNP adalah deskripsi tingkat pemahaman penjual tentang tata cara berbisnis sudah sesuai dengan prinsip syari‟at Islam. Dan deskripsi yang diperjualkan barang-barang yang bagus dan tidak mengecewakan konsumen. Kualitas dan jenis barang, sebagian pembeli mengatakan bahwa penjual tidak jujur dan kualitas barangnya. Dan Pembeli merasa bahwa penjual menerapkan unsur riba. AbstractEthics in Islamic business cannot be separated, because without it there will be confusion in determining the truth in doing business and there will be many crimes in business, thus the purpose of this study is to determine the application of business ethics in the pesantren business unit. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive with a case study of the Sahid Bogor modern Islamic boarding school and also the Ummul Qura al-Islami Islamic boarding school in Bogor. The results of the study indicate that Islamic boarding school is able to apply business ethics through Islamic boarding school business unit as a place for Islamic teaching values and values as well as the principles of business ethics as materials that can be taught to teacher, student and the community around Islamic boarding school.Key words: Islamic business ethics, business units, Islamic boarding school AbstrakEtika dalam bisnis Islam tidak dapat terpisahkan, karena tanpanya akan menjadikan kerancuan dalam menentukan kebenaran dalam berbisnis serta akan terjadi banyak kejahatan dalam bisnis. Dengan begitu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan etika bisnis pada unit usaha pesantren. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan berupa kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus pondok pesantren modern Sahid Bogor dan juga pondok pesantren Ummul Qura al-Islami Bogor. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren mampu menerapkan etika bisnis melalui unit usaha pesantren sebagai wadah dan nilai ajaran Islam serta prinsip etika bisnis sebagai bahan yang dapat diajarkan kepada asatidz dan santri serta masyarakat sekitar pesantren.Kata kunci: Etika bisnis Islam, Unit usaha, Pesantren

Islamic business ethics is a business activity carried out by a businessman and runs his business in accordance with Islamic law with the existence of Islamic business ethics, it is expected that business people will carry out in accordance with the demands of Islamic law that have been regulated in the Al-Qur’an. Discipline is an attitude of mutual respect and appreciation, obeying applicable regulations in accordance with agreements that have been mutually agreed from the start . compensation is an acceptance as reward from giving work to the recipient of work for a job or service that has been done. The purpose of  this study was to determine Islamic business ethics, work discipline, and compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in sharia’ah  cooperatives 212. This study uses quantitative methods. The data analysis is linear regression. The data processing method in this study used the SPSS 16 program. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique, that is all of the population was sampled. Amounting to 35 respondents. The data retrieval used was a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed to employees of  the 212 shari’ah cooperative through the google from. The results of this study indicate that Islamic business ethics has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction in sharia’ah cooperatives 212, work discipline has a significant effect on employee job statisfactionin sharia’ah cooperatives 212, and compensation has a significant effects on employee job satisfaction in cooperatives shari’ah 212 with this conclusion, Islamic business ethics, work discipline, and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in shari’ah 212 cooperatives.

Kawan Kita traditional shop apply several strategies to improve service quality of sales by providing training, education, assessment and communication pattern in the Islamic business ethics perspective. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach that aims to describe strategies in improving service quality and Islamic business ethics perspective. Based on the results of the research, the strategies in improving the service quality in the Islamic business ethics perspective applied in Kawan Kita traditional shop are: human resource management is run well, based on Qur'an and Hadith. Among them is by providing training on Islamic business ethics, evaluating employees, approaching employees directly (hablum minannas), and communicating well and correctly according to Islamic law.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the management of HCG (Hikma Collection Group) at Miftahul Hikmah Parengan Tuban, as well as the obstacles faced. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of this study are the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the management of HCG (Hikma Collection Group) using eight principles that are in accordance with Islamic teachings, namely the first with the principle of honesty in business, the second with the principle of selling good quality goods. The third principle is not selling out promises to consumers who want to buy at HCG (Hikma Collection Group). The fourth principle applied in HCG (Hikma Collection Group) is to be responsible in doing business regarding dissatisfaction in front of consumers and being responsible before God. The fifth principle is non-binding and generous to customers and all employees by getting used to being polite, smiling, greeting and friendly to all consumers and each employee. The sixth principle is the balance of doing business by always prioritizing the unity of every employee in HCG (Hikma Collection Group). The seventh principle is discipline in administration that uses honesty and timeliness in completing administrative reports. The last principle is to complete the product according to the target desired by the consumer. In addition, there are also several supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the institution.
