The results showed that transformational leadership variables, organizational culture, and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and motivation to organizational commitment of employees. This research was conducted on five BPR's in Klungkung Regency. The number of samples in this study were 89 employees determined by probability sampling method. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Organizational commitment is a management concept that places human resources (HR) as a central feature of the organization. In order for employees to have high organizational commitment, an organization needs to pay attention to the factors that affect organizational commitment.  Companies should pay attention to transformational leadership, organizational culture and motivation to increase organizational commitment.

A good Human Resources (HR) will help settle the tasks of the organization, besides loyalty is also very important to build commitment in an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work safety and health on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Tabanan. The number of samples used was 159 workers, with a random sampling method. Data collected using questionnaire and direct interview. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, it was found that compensation and work safety and health had a positive effect on the organizational commitment. Organizations are expected to pay more attention to how to provide compensation by adjusting applicable laws and improving the work safety and health. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and employee motivation toward organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Ganesha Emas Dwipa Denpasar Branch. The number of target population of this study as much as 33 respondents Data collection is done through observation, interviews and questionnaires. This study uses instrument test by using multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, transformational leadership style, and employee motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Partially organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership style partially positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, while employee motivation partially have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Commitment can be achieved if individuals in the organization are aware of their rights and obligations in the organization regardless of position and position of each individual, because the achievement of organizational goals is the result of the work of all members of the organization that are collective.

The research aims to determine the role of transformational leadership, organizational culture and work involvement on organizational commitment at CV Sumber Rejeki Sleman. By using hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t-test and f-test. The entire population the number of employees is 48 people. Research data collections using a questionnaire. The results showed first, transformational leadership has on effect on organizational commitment with a significance value of 0,815 > 0,05 and tcount value of 0,236 < 2,015. Second, organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment with a significance value 0,009 < 0,05 and tcount value of 2,742 > 2,015. Third, job involvement has no effect on organizational commitment with a significance value of 0,433 > 0,05 and tcount value of -0,791 < 2,015. In the current era of globalization there are so many legal cases involving accounting manipulation. The auditor's profession has been a public spotlight in recent years. An auditor must have a high professionalism in carrying out his duties. Audit results from an auditor should be accountable to the parties concerned. The performance of the auditor is the result of the auditor's work in performing the assignment of examination of the financial statements of an entity with the aim of determining the reasonableness of the financial statements. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of auditor professionalism, organizational commitment, and professional ethics on the performance of auditors public accounting firm in Bali Province. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method, while data collection method is done by using questioner. The population in this study are all auditors who work at Public Accounting Firm in Bali Province. Public Accounting Firm used is Public Accounting Firm which is registered in the Directory published by Indonesian Institute of Certified Public of 2017 which is located in Bali a number of 7 Public Accounting Firm. The total number of auditors from 7 offices is 65 auditors. The number of research samples used were 36 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that auditor professionalism, organizational commitment, and professional ethics have a positive effect on auditor performance.

Human resources are the most important assets of an organization because they are one of the assets that have a vital role in moving the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people, sampling using the census method, namely all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Sangeh Village. Suggestions that can be given are to improve organizational culture and work environment conditions so that employee performance increases.

Companies in general will have all sorts of ways to improve employee job satisfaction. Factors that can improve employee job satisfaction are transformational leadership and organizational commitment of employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City. The population of this research is all employees of Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City which amounted to 34 people, with sample determination technique used is saturated or census sampling, hence all member of population become respondent in research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that transformational leadership and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City. This has the meaning that the better the application of leadership style, and the higher organizational commitment that employees have, the more the level of employee job satisfaction at the Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of budgetary participation, information asymmetry, organizational culture and organizational commitment on budgetary slack. This research was conducted in all OPDs in Tabanan Regency. The number of OPDs used was 40 OPDs and the number of sample used by 120 peoples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that budgetary participation and information asymmetry have a positive effect on budgetary slack while organizational culture and organizational commitment have a negative effect on budgetary slack. This shows that the higher budgetary participation and information asymmetry results in higher budgetary slack, while higher organizational culture and organizational commitment results in lower budgetary slack rates. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. The data used in this study are primary data with data collection methods, namely through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 60 employees at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. The analysis technique in this research is through Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Organizational culture and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational justice, organizational culture and the influence of employee empowerment on organizational commitment of LPD Employees in the Adat Village of Kuta. This research is classified into associative quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees in the Indigenous Village LPD Kuta as many as 68 people. The method used is saturated sampling, *Dwhere all members of the population are used as samples. Thus the number of samples in this study were 68 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that organizational justice, organizational culture and employee empowerment have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in the LPD of Adat Kuta Village. Human resources are an important resource for organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of transformational leadership and empowerment of employees to job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the General Bureau and Protocol of Regional Secretariat of Bali, with sample of 86 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction and employee empowerment have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given in this research that the agency should create a positive working relationship both between employers with employees and between fellow employees. In order for transformational leadership to be realized and job satisfaction can be improved, the leader should make the situation in the organization so feels as comfortable as possible so that employees feel comfortable working and make employees feel part of the family of the organization. The sense of kinship created will make employees better at work and provide good results in work . Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Employee Empowerment, Job Satisfaction
