Traffic Jam is a major problem many cities in Indonesia, including in Bogor city. Traffic Jam in Bogor city  is almost equal to the capital city of Jakarta. There are many factors that caused traffic jam in Bogor. In addition to the number of population is increasing,  mobility of the population is also quite high. The purpose of this study was to determine employees performance of Department of Traffic and road transportation Bogor in handling of traffic jam. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach. The results showed that the views of the dimensions of productivity, quality of service, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability are very good category. Although the results of employee respondents considered that the assessment of employee performance has been very good, but in the view of the driver, passengers and road users were different. They noticed that traffic jam in Bogor City can not be addressed properly. Key words: Traffic Jam, Performance Employee, Service quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

This research entitled the influence of the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management on leadership and service quality in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. The formulation of this research problem is whether there is influence of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 and principal leadership on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Tangerang Regency. While tujuaannya is wanted to know the effect of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 and teacher performance on service quality in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This research used survey method with correlation technique, sample size 350 people, student research object, teacher and employee of SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. The result of this research is that there is a significant effect of quality management of ISO 9001: 2008 and principal leadership together towards the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This is evidenced by (sig) of 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount of 62.233. There is a significant effect of quality management of ISO 9001: 2008 on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This is evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.000 <0.05 and tcount = 5.933. There is a significant influence of Headmaster's leadership on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. And proved by the value of Sig = 0.001 <0.05 and tcount = 3.396.

BPJS is one of the health services provided by the government to the people ofIndonesia. In the process of patient care by using BPJS there were some complaints fromconsumers related to the quality of service. Poor service quality will have an impact onconsumer dissatisfaction in the service, so that it is capable of influencing consumer loyalty.Loyalty can only be generated if consumers have experienced the satisfaction of a goodservice quality provided by the service provider. This study aims to determine the effectof service quality on customer loyalty. In this case the customer satisfaction are thingsthat need to be met first before consumers get to the stage of loyalty. Respondents of thisstudy are inpatients in RSI Jemursari Surabaya as many as 100 people who use the serviceBPJS third grade. This study used survey method and analyzed using path analysis withPartial Least Square (PLS). Results from this study is the quality of service has an influenceon loyalty with mediation of consumer satisfaction. Loyalty can occur if the satisfactionfelt by consumers. Thus, in this study, customer satisfaction a mediating variable for therelationship between the variables of service quality and customer loyalty.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to measure the gap and compare the quality of services provided by the Central Library of the University of Tehran and Allameh Tabataba'i University and identify the components of service that need improvement in these libraries.Design/methodology/approachIn this study, a descriptive survey method is used for data collection. The study sample contains 205 people selected out of 31,000 members of Tehran University and 100 people out of 15,000 members at Allameh Tabataba'i University. The LibQual tool is used to measure different levels of users' perceptions of library service quality.FindingsBased on the findings of the study, the level of service received at the University of Tehran was higher than the minimum expected level, and at Allameh Tabataba'i University, the level of service received was lower than the minimum level of expected, which indicates users' satisfaction at this index at the University of Tehran and users' dissatisfaction at Allameh Tabataba'i University. In the index of information control and library as a place in Tehran University, the level of service received was higher than the minimum level and in Allameh Tabataba'i University, the level of service received was lower than the minimum level, which indicates the satisfaction of users in this index at the University of Tehran and users' dissatisfaction at Allameh Tabataba'i University.Practical implicationsService quality, or quality of service, is the measurement and comparison of the size of service provided with users' expectations. The following principles illustrate the dimensions of service quality: Quality of service is much more difficult to measure than the quality of goods. The quality of service is based on users' expectations. Quality of service varies in status, meaning that the quality of a service is measured against the customer's initial expectations of that service (Parasuraman et al., 1985).Originality/valueBeing the first performance evaluation, community synchronization, economic justification, user satisfaction and customer orientation are the values of the present study.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the “Effect of Service Quality and Store Image Purchase Decision And Implications On Repurchase Intention (A Survey On Consumer Motorcycles JG Motor Group in Bandung Region)”. In addition, this study wanted to know how the quality of service, store image, and Yamaha Motorcycles purchasing decisions are the implications on repurchase intention JG Motor Group in Bandung region. The method used was a survey method with a descriptive and explanatory approach. Data collection using questionnaires to a sample of 200 customers. Analysis of data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that the quality of service, store image was rated by the majority of consumers are already good, so is the customer purchase decision and repurchase intention. Service quality and store image influences purchase decisions either simultaneously or partially, as well as influencing purchase decisions of consumers repurchase intention JG Motor Group in Bandung region.

The hospital is a public facility owned by the government and the private sector which has a very strategic role in efforts to improve public health services. The new health care paradigm requires hospitals to provide quality services according to the needs and desires of patients while still referring to the professional and medical code of ethics. In the rapid development of technology and increasingly fierce competition, the hospital is required to improve the quality of its services. Quality is the core survival of an institution. Therefore, hospitals are required to always maintain consumer confidence by increasing the quality of service so that customer satisfaction increases. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on patients satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a survey method with correlation techniques. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires (questionnaire). The results showed that the analysis of variable X obtained an average of 3.55, meaning that the quality of service at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Cilegon City was in the Good category of 72.67%. Analysis of variable Y obtained an average of 3.50, which means that patient satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Cilegon City is in the good category of 70.1%. Analysis of product moment coefficient obtained r = 0.511 means that it has a moderate correlation between variable X and variable Y. The relationship pattern of variables is shown by a simple linear regression equation that is Y = 14.614 + 0.563 X. It shows that the variance that occurs in the variable quality of service can affect performance by 26%, while the remaining 74% is influenced by other factors not examined.   Keywords : service quality, patient satisfaction, hospital

The purpose of the research is to analyze and identify the effect of the service quality and satisfaction variables toward customer loyalty. the data collection method used in this researchi uses the survey method with questionnaires. This research population is the customers of Indosat Unlimited in Depok. From the results of the analysis, it shows that the service quality significantly influences the customer loyalty, proven by the t significant value of 0.000 smaller that α 0.05 with the coefficient of 2.537. Quality of service has a significant effect on the customer loyalty ishown by the t significant value 0.000 less than 0.05. service quality and satisfaction significantly influence the customer loyalty shown by F value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 and are able contribute to the customer loyalty variables of 0.504 or 51.7%. the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables that are not analized in this research.

In general education at the college level to prioritize quality of service as the primary goal, becausethe quality of service quality is a major factor to demonstrate the performance of the organization will be thedesire and commitment of stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employeeperformance and its effect on the quality of service. Object of this study is its staff Polytechnic Batam, RiauIsland. The samples were 50 employees lecturer. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The findings ofthis study indicate that the value of R square is 0.681. Shows the value of effective leadership and facultyperformance is quite good, will raise the quality of service at the Polytechnic of 68.1%. Subsequent researchfindings employee performance variables lecturer dominant influence on the quality of service quality inBatam Polytechnic of 55.9%

This article focuses on the influence of service quality on customer loyalty to modern market customers. This article is motivated by the increasing number of modern market customers caused by the quality of service that affects the increasing loyalty of customers. The formulation of the problem in this article is how the quality of service influence on customer loyalty. The working hypothesis in this article is: "Service Quality positively affects customer loyalty".The method employed in making this article was done to get a picture of the effect of service quality on customer loyalty to modern market customers. Data were collected through data collection techniques in the field using explanatory survey method. Customer loyalty is influenced by the service quality of 38.30%. This means that customer loyalty is only affected a small portion of service Quality of 38.30%. Thus tcount> ttable was 3.421> 1.667. Then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This means that service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty.Service Quality positively affects customer loyalty, meaning the better the quality of service provided the more loyal customers.
