Cargo shipping service company is one of the companies engaged in services to meet the needs of consumers in the process of shipping goods, whether done by individuals or agencies to support various companies in completing their performance, especially goods or manufacturing companies. Whether or not the company's performance can be measured by the overall performance of employees. The higher the enthusiasm of employees in working and completing their work will further increase the potential of a company to achieve its goals. This study aims to examine the extent to which the role of leadership, and work stress is able to improve the performance of employees of Cargo Shipping Services in Batam City, using quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis and the number of samples used by 224 respondents. The results of this study are; Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership and work stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Cargo Shipping Services in Batam City. <p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. This research aimed to investigate the affect which appeared on Employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk relates to the high of turnover intention which caused by work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research was included in type of causality research with quantitative research methods. Those population here was employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk, which amounted to 395 people. Meanwhile, the sample consisted of 202 respondents (Slovin, 5% error tolerance). Data analysis method that used was multiple linear regression analysis to examine all the research hypothesis. The outcomes earned from this research was illustrated that work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were also had simultaneously impact towards the turnover intention.

The objectives of this study were: 1) to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of competence on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 4) to identify and analyze the effect of training, competence and motivation simultaneously on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo. This research uses quantitative research methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and literature review. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 20 program, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that the researchers conducted show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between training variables on employee performance in the office; 2) there is a positive and significant influence between competency variables on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of  Gorontalo; 3) there are positive and significant influence between motivation variables on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of  Gorontalo; 4) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between training, competence and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of  Gorontalo.

This research aims to revealed and look over the impact which caused by the training, compensation and leadership style towards the employee performance at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia. This research were in type of causality research with a quantitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research was an explanatory survey method with the population was 1328 people with filtered sample to 100 respondents (Slovin, 10% error tolerance). The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis in way to examine the research hypothesis. The results showed that training, compensation, and leadership style had an influence both partially and simultaneously towards the employees performance at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, discipline, and work environment significantly partially and simultaneously to the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. In this study used quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Respondents were 78 subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The results of this study are and documentation and continued with data processing to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that Leadership, motivation and work environment there is no significant partial positive effect on the performance of sub-district officials in Lumajang District. partially on the performance While the discipline there is a significant positive influence of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. Simultaneously Leadership, motivation, discipline and work environment there is a significant positive influence partially on the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The variables studied have an effect of 40.2% on employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

One of the determinants of a company's progress, both service and non-service, is the resources it has. The company or a business entity feels that the company's goals will not be achieved without quality resources. However, they often do not realize that companies only make employees or their resources tools/assets to achieve company goals, not as individuals who need recognition and appreciation. This study aimed to analyze How much influence the work environment and work stress have on employee performance at Arema Aremania Bersatu Berprestasi Indonesia Ltd. In this study, the independent variables are Work Stress (X1) and Work Environment (X2), while the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). This type of research is quantitative research analyzed using statistics. The number of samples obtained by using a saturated sample that makes the entire population of Arema Aremania Bersatu Berprestasi Indonesia Ltd. became a sample of 63 respondents. This Analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Work Stress and Work Environment influence Employee Performance.

This research aims to test the influence of accounting information system and work stress on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The source of the data in the research is primary data. The population in this study are all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo totalling 47 people. Sampling techniques in the study using a purposive sample. While the data collection method used is to use the questionnaire to all employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that work stress had no effect on performance of employees of PT Efrata Retailindo, while information systems accounting effect on the performance of the employees of PT Efrata Retailindo. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounting to 0.106. This indicates that variansi on a variable performance practice undertaken by the company PT Efrata Retailindo of 10.6% can be explained by work stress variables and accounting information systems, while the remaining 89.4% explained by other factors outside the researched.

This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability on firm value in the study of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector. This research uses quantitative research. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples is carried out with predetermined criteria. So that as many as 35 data were obtained from 7 food and beverages companies listed on the IDX during the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) firm size has no effect on firm value, (2) leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value, (3) dividend policy has no effect on firm value, (4) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.
