This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, discipline, and work environment significantly partially and simultaneously to the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. In this study used quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Respondents were 78 subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. Thenresults of this study are and documentation and continued with data processing to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that Leadership, motivation and work environment there is no significant partial positive effect on the performance of sub-district officials in Lumajang District. partially on the performance While the discipline there is a significant positive influence of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. Simultaneously Leadership, motivation, discipline and work environment there is a significant positive influence partially on the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The variables studied have an effect of 40.2% on employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze how the management of Dieng Culture Festival attract visitors and examine the influence of Dieng Culture Festival to the millennial tourists’ satisfaction. Research methods: The methodology of this study referred to descriptive quantitative research methods. Questionnaire was used to collect the data to be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results and discussions: Satisfaction of millennial tourist can be derived from 42.6% of hard measure and soft measure variable, while the remaining 57.4% of millennial tourists’ satisfaction variables can be derived by other variables not examined in this study. Conclusion: The hypothesis test results proved that the visitor management of the Dieng Culture Festival, which use hard measure and soft measure has a significant and positive effect on millennial tourists satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo. This research is a quantitative research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo as many as 42 people. Instrument testing in this study was conducted using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t value (2.452) is greater than the t table value (2.015), and the significance value is 0.019 less than 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t value (6.670) is greater than the t table value (2.015), and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. Work environment and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated F value (33.789) is greater than the F table value (2.83), and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. The amount of influence of the independent variables (work environment and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 63.4%, while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Supervision and Work Environment to Employee Performance of Secretariat Office of Election Commission of Lahat Regency. The respondents were all employees of the secretariat office of Lahat district electoral commission as much as 33 respondents. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. From the value of regression equation obtained value equation Performance = 5.673 + 0.107 Supervision + 0.766 Work Environment + e. Monitoring and work environment variables together affect the performance with the value of determination coefficient of 67.4%. This means that 67.4% of the performance of the Lahat Regency Electoral Commission (KPU) is influenced by supervision and work environment while 32.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The result of partial test shows that the control variable has no significant effect on the performance, while the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on the performance.

Cargo shipping service company is one of the companies engaged in services to meet the needs of consumers in the process of shipping goods, whether done by individuals or agencies to support various companies in completing their performance, especially goods or manufacturing companies. Whether or not the company's performance can be measured by the overall performance of employees. The higher the enthusiasm of employees in working and completing their work will further increase the potential of a company to achieve its goals. This study aims to examine the extent to which the role of leadership, and work stress is able to improve the performance of employees of Cargo Shipping Services in Batam City, using quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis and the number of samples used by 224 respondents. The results of this study are; Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership and work stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Cargo Shipping Services in Batam City. This research was conducted at PT. Jakarta International Hotels And Development.Tbk, which aims to determine the influence of promotion costs and the cost of administration against the price of staple inn. Using test tools Eviews 8, with secondary data from the years 2009-2018, quantitative research uses the data type of the time series. With the technique of multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and the test deteminasi (R2).The results of this study show that the Cost of Promotion significant positive effect on the financial performance of the Price of Staple Inn. So the hypothesis one in this study missed. It also happens in the variable Cost of Public Administration affect the financial performance of the Price of Staple Inn. So the hypothesis in this study positive significant. It can be seen from the results of t-Test showing the value prob is equal to 0.04 < alpha of 0.05. This means that the positive influence.

This paper aimed to prove the influence of the physical work environment, culture of organization and work environment, on the performance of employees of PT.Suri Tani Pemuka. This research is a causal quantitative research design, with the data collection method is a survey. The population of this study included all employees of PT. Suri Tani Pemuka, 42 people, with the objects of this research are the work environment, culture of organization, and performance of the employee. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that culture of organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen that the p-value is 0.002 <alpha 0.05, it means that the sig value smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. The work environment and culture of organization have a positive and significant effect on performance of the employee, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination Ryx1x2 is 0.735 which is positive, with a p-value of 0.000 <alpha 0.05, it means that the sig value smaller than the alpha value 0.05.
