In the process of organizing membership activities, the speed and accuracy of member data processing is required. Problems in processing the data include, among other things, several organizations that have not used the system to process members 'data, including managing and creating member data, organizational activity schedules, and members' finances. Node Js is the language used to design this information system aims to find out whether Node Js can be used in making membership information systems. With the UML design method the authors make this system to be more structured and according to purpose. The system is developed using Node JS and Adonis JS. The results obtained are that Node Js is very capable of being used to design membership information systems with output results are reports of member data and financial data that has been recorded by the system administrator. The membership management information system has been running well and all functions run according to the design in which there are member data collection, finance, activities, and donations. The member data collection process is done by the admin by recording the activity history of the members including registration time, update time, login time, incoming and outgoing financial history, history of donations and activities followed by members. Advice from the authors is that a membership management system that has been designed may be developed and a notification function can be added so that it can more easily access the requested data, and the mobile version is made.

This chapter suggests the use of comparative pairs analysis as a method of collecting data for inter-organizational information system and chain research. It is argued that chains of organizations can be analyzed by collecting data from a focal firm about upstream suppliers and downstream customers. By comparing pairs of respondents within the focal firm, the differences between customers and suppliers can be analyzed. In addition, it is suggested that by asking each respondent to discuss two third-party organizations, differences in responses can be highlighted and explained during the data collection process. This can provide a rich source of data to explain results obtained.

Pendataan yang bersifat manual menjadikan permasalahan pada proses dilakukannya pendataan, hal ini juga terjadi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan dimana pendataan masih bersifat manual dengan keterbatasan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan waktu pendataan dan mengurangi kompleksitas dalam proses pendataan pada pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan. Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. Data informasi tidak akan memberikan manfaat jika tidak dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penyusunan rencana pembangunan sehingga pelatihan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Information data will not provide benefits if it is not used as a reference in the preparation of development plans so that training and assistance are needed to achieve the goals.Keywords : Information System, Community Based, Data Collection

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. Currently collector businessmen are experiencing problems, namely the absence of data collection for suppliers and collapsed transaction activities. In addition, the administrative data collection process is still carried out manually by the admin, , one of which is using notes when making junk transactions and when partners make payments to collectors, there are often communication errors in junk transactions between suppliers and partners often occur. In order to overcome the existing problems, this research proposes the development of a collector administration information system named SIKEPUL using the laravel framework. The method in developing the system used is the waterfall method. The results showed that the SIKEPUL information system could solve the problems faced. The overall results of the questionnaire for 30 respondents were that 20% said it was very good, 52% said it was good, and 28% said it was enough for this system.

Assessment of the performance of civil servants (PNS) is still considered less objective and subjective tended to by some, so we need a solution to improve the objectivity of assessment. The target of employee work (SKP) is one solution to improve objectivity in the assessment of civil servants. Backpropagation is one of the methods in neural networks which is implemented in the information systems of SKP for used classification of data performance. Observation and literature became the method of data collection in this study. Web-based information systems of skp are facilitated for employees in the preparation of assessments. In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Abstract- Penitentiary institutions are a place to provide guidance to prisoners. In the Class II A Correctional Institution of Pekanbaru City still uses the prisoner data collection system manually, such as recording inmates' data in the ledger, recording data on prisoners who conduct conditional leave or conditional release into the guidance book and visitor data still recorded in the list book visit. The method used in this study is the waterfall method and the data used is data from March to April 2019 obtained from the Class II A Correctional Institution in Pekanbaru City. The results of this study are a Correctional Database System is just an Information System to facilitate officers of Correctional Institutions in recording and recapitulating Prisoners and Visitors data. Keywords: Institutions of Promotion, Information Systems, database system, PHP.  Abstrak- Lembaga pemasyarakatan adalah sebuah tempat untuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap narapidan. Pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kota Pekanbaru masih menggunakan sistem pendataan narapidana secara manual, seperti mencatat data-data narapidana ke dalam buku besar, mencatat data narapidana yang melakukan cuti bersyarat (CB) atau pelepasan bersyarat (PB) ke dalam buku pembinaan dan data pengunjung masih di catat kedalm buku daftar kunjungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall dan data yang digunakan adalah data pada bulan Maret-April 2019 yang diperoleh dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah Sistem Database Pemasyarakatan hanyalah sebuah Sistem Informasi untuk memudahkan petugas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dalam melakukan pencatatan dan rekapitulasi data-data Narapidana dan Pengunjung. The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff  collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.

Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

Several terms are used by the Government to collect data on the spread of covid-19's cases, namely People Under Surveillance (ODP), Patients Under Supervision (PDP), dead and positively infected. The Aceh government provides information on the spread of the covid-19 case through the official website media. Data of the cases are displayed daily based on the reports from districts / cities. District / city governments provide information based on reports from hospitals, health centers and from existing posts in each village. The unavailability of a data collection information system that can be used jointly in recording the spread of Covid-19 cases can lead to data duplication, because data collection is carried out according to individual needs. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design and build a dissemination information system that can be used jointly between the village posts, sub-district offices, community health center (puskesmas) and hospitals. This research produces a website-based information system prototype for data collection on the spread of Covid-19 cases and API data services in the form of REST web services. Web Services are built using REST web services that generate request and response data using the JSON data format. The web services built can be used for integration with district / city and provincial government information systems, so that data changes can occur in real time.
