This chapter suggests the use of comparative pairs analysis as a method of collecting data for inter-organizational information system and chain research. It is argued that chains of organizations can be analyzed by collecting data from a focal firm about upstream suppliers and downstream customers. By comparing pairs of respondents within the focal firm, the differences between customers and suppliers can be analyzed. In addition, it is suggested that by asking each respondent to discuss two third-party organizations, differences in responses can be highlighted and explained during the data collection process. This can provide a rich source of data to explain results obtained.

Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Information data will not provide benefits if it is not used as a reference in the preparation of development plans so that training and assistance are needed to achieve the goals. Keywords : Information System, Community Based, Data Collection

Currently collector businessmen are experiencing problems, namely the absence of data collection for suppliers and collapsed transaction activities. In addition, the administrative data collection process is still carried out manually by the admin, , one of which is using notes when making junk transactions and when partners make payments to collectors, there are often communication errors in junk transactions between suppliers and partners often occur. In order to overcome the existing problems, this research proposes the development of a collector administration information system named SIKEPUL using the laravel framework. The method in developing the system used is the waterfall method. The results showed that the SIKEPUL information system could solve the problems faced. The overall results of the questionnaire for 30 respondents were that 20% said it was very good, 52% said it was good, and 28% said it was enough for this system.

Research identifying and investigating the current technical and institutional frameworks for information systems and technologies at public transit agencies in California is described. With the rapid development of new information systems and technologies over the past 10 years, there are many opportunities for public transit agencies to improve data collection, processing, and dissemination. The current state of the practice for the use and sharing of data for operations monitoring, service planning, performance measurement, and customer information is examined. To investigate these topics, a broad survey of transit agencies in California was conducted; this was followed by detailed site visits and interviews with several representative agencies. The survey results are presented, and some conclusions for improving current practice are generated. First, the current means of data collection, processing, and dissemination are reviewed, and strategies for the application of new information systems and technologies are identified. A second element of the research involves reviewing the technical and institutional environments for data sharing both within a transit agency and between the transit agency and other organizations. Finally, innovative transit agencies and third-party organizations are also working to enhance data coordination and use among transit agencies and between transit agencies and other transportation organizations. On the basis of this inventory, it appears that many California transit agencies are strategically expanding the capabilities and use of these new information systems and technologies.

In the process of organizing membership activities, the speed and accuracy of member data processing is required. Problems in processing the data include, among other things, several organizations that have not used the system to process members 'data, including managing and creating member data, organizational activity schedules, and members' finances. Node Js is the language used to design this information system aims to find out whether Node Js can be used in making membership information systems. With the UML design method the authors make this system to be more structured and according to purpose. The system is developed using Node JS and Adonis JS. The results obtained are that Node Js is very capable of being used to design membership information systems with output results are reports of member data and financial data that has been recorded by the system administrator. The membership management information system has been running well and all functions run according to the design in which there are member data collection, finance, activities, and donations. The member data collection process is done by the admin by recording the activity history of the members including registration time, update time, login time, incoming and outgoing financial history, history of donations and activities followed by members. Advice from the authors is that a membership management system that has been designed may be developed and a notification function can be added so that it can more easily access the requested data, and the mobile version is made.

This study identifies essential components in the data collection process for public health information systems based on appraisal and synthesis of the reported factors affecting this process in the literature. Extant process assessment instruments and studies of public health data collection from electronic databases and the relevant institutional websites were reviewed and analyzed following a five-stage framework. Four dimensions covering 12 factors and 149 indicators were identified. The first dimension, data collection management, includes data collection system and quality assurance. The second dimension, data collector, is described by staffing pattern, skill or competence, communication and attitude toward data collection. The third, information system, is assessed by function and technology support, integration of different data collection systems, and device. The fourth dimension, data collection environment, comprises training, leadership, and funding. With empirical testing and contextual analysis, these essential components can be further used to develop a framework for measuring the quality of the data collection process for public health information systems.

Assessment of the performance of civil servants (PNS) is still considered less objective and subjective tended to by some, so we need a solution to improve the objectivity of assessment. The target of employee work (SKP) is one solution to improve objectivity in the assessment of civil servants. Backpropagation is one of the methods in neural networks which is implemented in the information systems of SKP for used classification of data performance. Observation and literature became the method of data collection in this study. Web-based information systems of skp are facilitated for employees in the preparation of assessments. Backpropagation can be implemented to perform data classification of performance. Keyword: Neural network; Backpropagation, Classification, SKP Received: 2 February, 2017; Accepter: 15 March, 2017
