The study aimed to examine the effect of prior knowledge, self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, learning behavior, and culture on the level of significance accounting understanding of Islamic banking students in Salatiga. This study uses primary data by providing questions in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents who are students of the Islamic Banking Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, IAIN Salatiga. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. A total number of 180 questionnaires were sent out and 160 questionnaires can be processed. The data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that partially the effect of prior knowledge has a significant effect on accounting understanding, although the four other variables, namely self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, learning behavior, and culture have no effect on the level of accounting understanding of Islamic banking students in other cities.

This research was conducted on regular afternoon students in the accounting department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. This study uses primary data collected using a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting data distributed to respondents. The respondents of this study were regular afternoon students of the 2015 accounting department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The number of samples obtained was 65 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior have positive and statistically significant effects on the understanding of accounting. This means that the better the intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior, the better the understanding of accounting. This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, learning behavior, and accounting practicum on the level of understanding of accounting as well as looking at the differences based on a gender perspective. This research uses primary data. This study includes research with a quantitative approach. Determination of the sample in this study using Stratafied random sampling technique and technical analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were S1 Accounting students in 2014 at Muhammadiyah University Jakarta, UIN Jakarta, and STIE Ahmad Dahlan Jakarta, with a total sample of 214 respondents. The results showed that partially intellectual quotient, spiritual quotient, learning behavior, and accounting practicum had a positive and significant effect on the level of accounting understanding while emotional quotienthad no positive and significant effect on the level of accounting understanding. And found differences in intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual quotient between male and female students. While learning behavior, accounting practicum, the level of understanding of accounting there is no difference between male students and female students.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan love of money terhadap perilaku etis mahasiswa. Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha menjadi lokasi dalam penelitian ini, tepatnya di program studi S1 Akuntansi. Subjek penelitian yang dijadikan sampel yaitu mahasiswa S1 akuntansi angkatan tahun 2016 dan 2017 dikarenakan mereka telah menempuh mata kuliah akuntasi keperilakuan. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling (sampel acak). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berupa daftar pertanyaan yang akan diberikan kepada responden. Kuesioner dibagikan saat mahasiswa melakukan bimbingan dalam penyusunan KRS (kartu rencana studi), penulis memberikan ke setiap mahasiswa yang datang untuk bimbingan. Kuesioner yang dibagikan dengan yang kembali berjumlah 76 data. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Variabel independen terdiri dari kecerdasan emosional dan love of money, sedangkan perilaku etis mahasiswa merupakan variabel dependen. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka perilaku tidak etis mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara positif oleh love of money sedangkan dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh kecerdasan emosional.Kata Kunci: kecerdasan emosional, love of money, perilaku etis.ABSTRACTThis study analyzes the relationship between emotional intelligence and love of money on students' ethical behavior. Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha is the location in this study, precisely in the S1 Accounting study program. The research subjects who were sampled were S1 accounting students of the year 2016 and 2017. Samples were selected using random sampling techniques (random samples). Data collection method uses a questionnaire in the form of a list of questions that will be given to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed when students conducted guidance in the preparation of the KRS (study plan card), the author gave to each student who came for guidance. Questionnaires distributed with the return amounted to 76 data. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS program. Independent variables consist of emotional intelligence and love of money, while students' ethical behavior is the dependent variable. The type of data used is quantitative with primary data sources. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been done then the unethical behavior of students is positively influenced by love of money while negatively influenced by emotional intelligence.Keywords: emotional intelligence, love of money, ethical behavior.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of work quality and service quality on the satisfaction of students of the Accounting study program at the University of Pamulang, Pamulang Banten, both partially and simultaneously.This study uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling. The research subjects were undergraduate accounting students in semester 8-14 at Pamulang University, by taking a sample of 100 respondents. Respondents' answers in the form of the questionnaire will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 22.00 to be concluded.The results showed that work quality and service quality together affect student satisfaction. Partial testing concluded that work quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. Keywords: work quality, service quality, and student satisfaction

Abstract: This research refers to studying service quality and customer value towards customer satisfaction in Islamic banking with a case study in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Lhokseumawe Branch. The data used in this study are primary data through interviews using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was accidental sampling. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative methods, with multiple linear regression analysis. The results released by simultaneous shows, service quality and customer value have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. While the results of the study indicate that, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the customer value also has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. From the variable Quality of service and value of customers that are just the same as partial to customer satisfaction in Islamic banking. This research can be used as an evaluation and input for the management of a special sharia banking company, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Lhokseumawe Branch, to always improve service quality and value customers receive customers satisfied with services and benefits obtained or obtained by customers. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, competence and work environment on auditor performance. This research was conducted at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Bali. The population in this study are all auditors who work at KAP in Bali. The sample of this study was 55 respondents, carried out with saturated sampling technique. The data used are primary data with data collection methods namely questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, competence and work environment have a positive effect on auditor performance. The results of this study as input for the leadership of the Public Accounting Firm in seeking better performance, and for the auditor can be used as evaluation material to maintain and improve performance in conducting audits. This study aims to analyze the factors that determine first year accounting students in choosing an undergraduate accounting study program of Universitas Negeri Padang. These factors are interests, self-potential, parental support, job opportunities, costs, university image, collective decisions, school recommendation. The population in this study was the first year accounting students of Universitas Negeri Padang. The sample is determined based on the non-probability sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data. This study used a questionnaire to collect data. The analytical method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed interest, self-potential, and job opportunities have significant influences on decision making in selecting accounting study program of Universitas Negeri Padang. While parental support, fees, university assessments, collective decisions and school recommendation have no effect. Further researches are expected to explore other universities because each university has different charactetistics of students and a unique culture.

Abstract: This study aims to find the influence of perception of the teacher profession and self-efficacy on the interest of becoming a teacher in students of the Office Administration Education Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya Class of 2017. The type in this study is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The data is collected through research instruments using questionnaires. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 application. The results of the study were: (1) The perception of the teacher profession positively and significantly influenced the interest in becoming a teacher in students of education department of office administration unesa 2017. (2) Self-efficacy does not have a significant influence on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of unesa office administration education program 2017. (3) The perception of the teacher's profession and self-efficacy positively and significantly affect the interest of teachers in students of education department of office administration of UNESA 2017. Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapati pengaruh persepsi profesi guru dan efikasi diri terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya Angkatan 2017. Jenis pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan angket. Metode analisis yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Persepsi profesi guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. (2) Efikasi diri tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan adminitrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. (3) Persepsi profesi guru dan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mnejadi guru pada mahasiswa prodi pendidikan administrasi perkantoran UNESA 2017. This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation on the performance of financial management employees with motivation as moderating. The population in this study were all financial management employees at Udayana University in 2019. The study sample was determined by the nonprobability sampling method which obtained a total sample of 92 people. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation had a positive effect on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy and competence on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation strengthens the effect of compensation on the performance of financial management employees.

This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does emotional intelligence affect employee performance through organizational commitment to PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination test and path analysis test. The population in this study were all employees of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia, and a sample of 60 respondents. Taking primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia.
