Wiener weighted algebra of functions of infinitely many variables

In this article we consider a weighted Wiener type Banach algebra of functions of infinitely many variables. The main result is a description of the spectrum of this algebra.

Uniqueness of uniform norm and C*-norm in L p(G, ω)

Let G be a locally compact abelian group with a fixed Haar measure and ω be a weight on G. For 1 < p < ∞, we study uniqueness of uniform and C*-norm properties of the invariant weighted algebra L p(G, ω).

Ternary Weighted Function and Beurling Ternary Banach Algebral1ω(S)

LetSbe a ternary semigroup. In this paper, we introduce our notation and prove some elementary properties of a ternary weight functionωonS. Also, we make ternary weighted algebral1ω(S)and show thatl1ω(S)is a ternary Banach algebra.

Weighted function algebras on groups and semigroups

For a locally compact topological group admitting a weight function, we establish necessary and sufficient criteria for all the weighted continuous functions to be weakly almost periodic. Among other results, we show that weak almost periodicity of all ω-weighed continuous functions on a discrete semigroup S, can be very different drom the phenomenon of regularity of multiplication in the weighted algebra ℓ1 (S, w).
