Based on the matrix keyboard with PMAC motion controller built-in PLC design program, the program is used for control of machine tool control panel. In a quick feed ratio knob button as an example, the key code is given. Compiled by the control program is simple, has the versatility and portability, great savings with PMAC motion controller I/O points, reduce the cost, and application in VNCZT - 545 machining center.

In order to realize intelligent control, the cutting trajectory of TBM research machine adopts the principle of teaching and reappearing cutting trajectory control method, combining with the control system of teaching and reappearing and SIMATIC C7, operation interface is realized by using configuration software monitoring, monitoring site visually through the operation panel parameters change, timely adjust the cutting parameters. The experimental results show that the tracking error within the scope of the permit. The method to improve the intelligence of machine cutting control provides a reference basis.

The operation panel of numerical control machine tools is an interactive interface between numerical control machine tools and opertators. In order to operation specification and easy to operating , based on ergonomics, by intergating the traditional operation panel of numerical control machine tools with computer keyboard , we design a novel operation panel of numerical control machine tools based on the traditional numerical control machine tools. By operating on the novel operation panel, the results the operation of the novel panel is easy and specified.

The design of multifunctional household electronic medicine-chest is described in this article. It includes two parts: intelligent electronic control unit and the body of the chest. The body of chest consists of 8 drawers and an operation panel. A switch sensor is settled in each drawer to detect whether the drawer is opened and the medicine is taken out. The electronic control unit is used to set and store the information of taking medicine for four members in a family. In order to confirm the information is set correctly, the information of taking medicine can be checked by means of the function of reviewing. According to the set information, it can remind the proper member to take medicine at the set time. A section of voice and a blinking light are used to guide the member to open the corresponding drawer and take out a certain number of medicines. The Medicine-Chest has two power supply modes, an outer power supply and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery supply. A power manage circuit is used to switch between the two supplies and to recharge the battery. The designed multifunctional household electronic medicine-chest is useful for aged people.

The Numerical Control (NC) machine has not yet improved its Human Machine Interface (HMI) quality, which has deep influence on the operating efficiency. Besides, the operation panel design is the lack of appropriate standards and evaluation systems. Therefore, this paper establishes an evaluation model of the visual elements of the NC machine operation panel, and it could propose a reasonable and reliable basis of operation panel design after analyzing the existing panels’ interface according to Radial Basis Function Network (RBFN) theory.

The effective scenario elicitation method has been developed by combining the process of chance discovery with the method of requirements engineering. The proposed method consists of the multi-dimensional hearing and the hierarchical integration process. The capability of the method to elicit a useful scenario was confirmed by theoretical analysis with a visualization tool named KeyGraph and by an experiment of eliciting scenario by using a prototype of an operation panel for electric appliances controller used in a home.
