Abstrak. Dunia industri yang semakin berkembang akan mengakibatkan banyaknya persaingan. Perus-ahaan yang dapat bersaing adalah perusahaan yang dapat menjaga  kualitas produknya dengan baik sehingga dapat memenuhi kepuasan konsumen. Maka dari itu diperlukan pengendalian kualitas. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penurunan cacat pada produk batu bata merah di CV. Ghatan Fatahillah dengan metode Six Sigma-DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan DPMO sebesar 36.212 dengan nilai sigma 3,29. Jenis cacat yang paling sering terjadi pada batu bata merah yaitu pecah/patah yaitu sebesar 4.327 atau 59,81% dari total keseluruhan produk yang cacat.  Hasil dari tahap analyze dengan fishbone diagram, ditetapkan penyebab dari pecah/cacat, yaitu: pekerja kurang paham standar kualitas, tidak adanya pemeriksaan produk, pekerja kurang paham prosedur kerja, kinerja mesin tidak stabil, pekerja kurang teliti,  jumlah penggilingan tidak menentu, dan komposisi batu bata tidak menentu. Maka perlu dilakukan usulan perbaikan agar dapat mengurangi jumlah produk yang cacat pada batu bata merah. Kata kunci: DMAIC, DPMO, Pengendalian Kualitas, Six Sigma Abstract. The growing industrial world will result in a lot of competition. Companies that can compete are companies that can maintain the quality of their products well so that they can meet customer satisfaction. Therefore, quality control is needed. This research is focused on reducing defects in red brick products at CV. Ghatan Fatahillah with the Six Sigma-DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). From the research results obtained DPMO of 36,212 with a sigma value of 3.29. The type of defect that most often occurs in red bricks is broken / broken, which is 4,327 or 59.81% of the total defective products. The results of the Analyze stage with the fishbone diagram showed that the causes of breakage / defects were determined, namely: workers do not understand quality standards, lack of product inspection, workers do not understand work procedures, unstable machine performance, workers are not careful, the number of mills is erratic, and composition erratic bricks. So it is necessary to make improvement proposals in order to reduce the number of defective products in red bricks. Keywords: DMAIC, DPMO, Quality Control, Six Sigma

In carrying out various activities today, it cannot be separated from the fuel. As we all know, fuels that are still commonly used today are fossil fuels whose energy resources are running low. Not only that, fossil fuels have also been shown to produce air pollution. Unhealthy air conditions can certainly reduce human life expectancy. In order to make the clean environment and not polluted by the air pollution, there must be environmentally friendly fuels. The answer for this kind of fuels is hydrogen which comes from nonfossil. One way to obtain hydrogen is an electrolysis reaction. Water can produce hydrogen through electrolysis. Just a few liters of water, it can produce ten to twenty thousand liters of hydrogen gas per hour. The use of Hydrogen as a non-fossil fuel has been proven to be environmentally friendly and free of carbon monoxide. Healthy air and a clean environment are certainly our responsibility. It's time to switch by using hydrogen fuel.

Information technology is now growing, the need for quality information is needed. The development of technology has a lot to influence the order of life or a certain rule and system that can be utilized in various fields, one of which is in the field of education. The system, which is summarized into an e-Learning concept, has an effect on the transformation of education into digital form both in content and systems. UNIS Tangerang has a faculty called the Science of Religion. One of the important subjects is understanding the use of recitation in the Koran. By using an applicative method, this research was built with the aim of making it easier for students to understand it and also making it easier for lecturers to transfer knowledge to students. With an interactive learning model, it is proven that the results are maximally measured by the passing scores of students in this course.

SPBU Sempu Jurong provides 4 service facilities and two of them are service facilities for two-wheeled vehichles which have the most dominant queues compared to the entire queue of the existing system. The queue that occurs is due to the unbalance between the number of service facilities and the number of two-wheeled vehicle customers. This study aims to increase the level of service by knowing the number of service facilities and service time at optimal level at SPBU Sempu Jurong. In this study, the method used is the Multi Channel-Single Phase queuing model. The results of this research indicate that the addition of one facility line causes the service time required for SPBU Sempu Jurong for two-wheeled vehicle refueling services to be faster. Based on calculations using the Multi Channel-Single Phase model, it is obtained that the service time with 2 lines of service facilities is 0.291 minutes, while the optimal service time needed with 3 lines of facilities takes the longest of 0.027 minutes. This shows that it is optimal because the speed of time in service can be improved so that customer satisfaction of two-wheeled vehicles with services at SPBU Sempu Jurong Cikaran Utara can be achieved.

Tanaman padi merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan yang harus terpenuhi kecukupannya untuk menunjang kelangsungan hidup sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia. Dalam rangka peningkatan produktivitas tanaman padi salah satu faktor penghambatnya adalah adanya organisme pengganggu tanaman yang menyerang tanaman padi adalah keong mas. Teknologi pengendalian hama keong mas yang ramah lingkungan adalah penggunaan ekstrak serai karena tanaman serai mempunyai senyawa aktif sitronela yang dapat membunuh keong mas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kosentrasi ekstrak serai dan lama waktu kontak terhadap mortalitas keong mas. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu penyediaan ekstrak serai, pengumpulan keong mas dan pengujian aktivitas moluskasida menggunakan ekstrak sereh dengan konsentrasi 0%, 15%, 25% dan 50% pada populasi keong mas dan dilakukan pengamatan setiap empat jam selama 24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak sereh dapat membunuh keong mas dan hasil terbaik adalah kosentrasi 50% dan waktu kontak 24 jam. Pada konsentrasi ini seluruh keong mas sudah mati, mengeluarkan banyak lendir, warna cangkang sudah memudar dan rapuh serta tubuh keluar dari cangkangnya.

Water is needed by humans life, so water quality is a quality requirement of human health. A Few years ago, people are familiar with ionized alkaline water which has a pH of more than 7. Consequently, it is necessary to test the quality of ionized alkaline water following Ministry of Health Regulation (PERMENKES) No. 492 of 2010. Samples were taken from 8 brands of ionized alkaline water in the South Tangerang. The measurement method is procedured with the Indonesian national standard method (SNI). The results of the physical and biological analysis show that 8 brands taken as samples comply with the quality standards with applicable regulations. The result of the  chemical show that indicate that 3 samples do not fulfill the PERMENKES requirements, namely pH, pH concentrations ranging from 7.61-8.90 with the required quality standards of 6.5-8.5. Whereas other chemical parameters of Manganese, Iron, Ammonia, Nitrite, Sulfate, Chloride, and Hardness fulfill the specified requirements. The results concluded that only five of the eight brands of ionized alkaline water were suitable for consumption by the applicable regulations.

This research is focused on developing calculus 1 teaching materials for students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University, Sheikh Yusuf Tangerang. The reasons for the development of teaching materials were, among others, the low scores of national mathematics exams, and the unavailability of handbooks that could improve basic mathematics skills to support calculus courses.This research aims to produce products in the form of calculus 1 teaching materials for students of the informatics engineering study program, Faculty of Engineering, Islamic University Sheikh Yusuf Tangerang. The method used in this research is the method of research and development (Research and Development). The development model chosen in this study is the Borg and Gall model. The stages in this research include: (1) studying research findings (preliminary study and needs analysis), (2) developing the product, and (3) field testing and revising. This study uses a research and development research method wherein the reporting uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of this study classify teaching materials into three subjects, namely theory, introductory questions, and stabilization questions in each chapter. The validation of the study was carried out by 3 expert judgments, namely the validator 1, 93.7%, the validator 2, 89.5%, and the validator 3, 85.4%, so that it had an average relative score of 89.5 with the category of teaching materials good / feasible to use.

The role and presence of technology today is very much needed, especially for companies engaged in the service sector. Computerized systems and integrated with other systems will greatly help support the company's wheels and be able to compete with other companies. PT Asta Pilar Gemilang Jakarta is currently still running a manual system in recruiting its employees, so the process from initial recruitment to employee selection takes a long time, and information on the availability of existing job vacancies is only through word of mouth (MOM). The best solution to the existing problems is by designing a web-based employee recruitment information system. Applicants can immediately send and fill out their profiles to the system provided, so that companies will be able to see applicants' data in real time and can immediately select and provide information to applicants. This system is built with the Waterfall system development method, and is designed responsively through bootstrap technology, for system devices using UML with the PHP programming language and MySQL database to accommodate data. With this system is expected to provide convenience, effectiveness and efficiency for companies in providing a decision and comfort for job seekers.

Salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan kualitas adalah Lean Six Sigma dengan konsep DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control). Hal ini berorientasi bahwa hanya akan ada 3,4 cacat produk dari setiap 1 juta produk yang diproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk lensa di PT. XYZ, terutama lensa tipe x yang sering terjadi cacat produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, ada 9 (sembilan) jenis cacat produk pada lensa tipe x selama periode Desember 2019. Diantaranya: Bubble, Mold Derty, Thicknes Out, Edge Problem, Crack, Rellease, Lint, Scratches dan Prishm. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan rata-rata level sigma yaitu 5,3 dengan nilai rata-rata DPMO sebesar 242. Berdasarkan diagram pareto, perbaikan diprioritaskan pada 3 (tiga) jenis cacat yang paling dominan. Yaitu jenis defect Bubble dengan persentase cacat 52%, Thicknes Out 30% dan Mold Derty 10%. Kemudian dilakukan analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone, diketahui bahwa faktor manusia, material, tools, mesin, lingkungan dan metode menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya ketiga jenis cacat. Tahap improvement dilakukan usulan perbaikan menggunakan metode 5W+1H sebagai bentuk perbaikan dalam peningkatan kualitas.

UKM Roti ZB is a company engaged in the food sector. The problem that is being faced by the company is the assignment of product delivery to consumers, each employee is facilitated by the same means of transportation but has a different delivery time. The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency of the resulting delivery time using the Hungarian method, as well as to provide settlement arrangements for employee placement in product delivery to consumers based on the Hungarian method. This study uses the Hungarian method and POM-QM for Windows software. Based on the research that has been done, the result is that the total time of product delivery before using the Hungarian method is 89 minutes, while if using the Hungarian method is 85 minutes. So that the time efficiency obtained when using the Hungarian method is 4 minutes. Then there are differences in product delivery assignments before using the Hungarian method, namely Doni to deliver products to Cibuaya, Rahmad to Cilaber, Wawan to Jayakerja, Aldi to Banyusari, and Irwan to Jatisari. Meanwhile, if you use the Hungarian method for Doni for Cilaber, Rahmad for Cibuaya, Wawan for Banyusari, Aldi for Jayakerja, and Irwan for Jatisari.
