This study aims to find out how the management of parking fees is managed by the transportation agency, starting from payments made by users of parking services to parking attendants, depositing to collection officers, receipt of treasurers then depositing to the city government so that it can be called city PAD (Regional Revenue) palangkaraya and contributions especially parking. The method used is a qualitative method, the research carried out is a descriptive study where the Department of Transportation and Office of Regional Original Revenue were chosen as the location of the study. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results and discussion can be concluded that the implementation of the policy has not been maximized. This is because there are still some obstacles that hamper parking retribution faced by Palangka Raya Parking Area Revenues, especially in terms of collecting parking fees.

The implementation of the policy of Surabaya City regulation number 8 year 2012 on retribution of parking service at public roadside. This thesis discusses the implementation of the policy regulation on the edge of the parking service levies a public road Surabaya. The method used is the type of qualitative descriptive study. Data collection is done by means of surveys, interviews, observation. Results from this study showed in the implementation of parking policy implementation Bank Pulic Road was less successful. The problems are: (1) The emergence of illegal parking attendant; (2) The parking rates are not in accordance with predetermined; (3) The issue of tickets; (4) Problems attributes parkirng attendant uniforms and equipment; (5) The parking lot is irregular and (6) Lack of knowledge of the parking attendant to the local regulations and how to mange traffic. Efforts to resolve the issue UPTD Perparkiran Surabaya perform the steps are: (1) curbing illegal parking by conducting joint operations carried out erery 1 (one) month three (3) times in a month involving an element of police, UPTD Parking Transportation Department, Civil Service Police Unit, prosecutors, courts; (2) To examine the Tand a Member Card (KTA); (3) Confirm the problems that exist for entrepreneurs that parking in the area; (4) Parking wild that do not want to pay the levy arrested to be followed in accordance with applicable regulations; (5) Provide guidance on the procedures set up / organize parking, as well as provide guidance on how to set up traffic to the parking attendant; (6) Coordinate  related parties to the arrangement and the arrangement of the park in the city of Surabaya. Keywords:Policy Implementation, Levy Parking

 The research carried out aims to find out the extent of the implementation of Law Number 10 Year 2009 concerning Tourism, whether this policy has been properly implemented or not and to find out how the efforts made by policy providers (the Government) to advance the tourism potential in the city of Cirebon, especially Kejawan Beach. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive design because in this study, data collection through observation and interviews is obtained directly down to the field, therefore the techniques used were Purposive Sampling and Accidental techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of Law Number 10 of 2009 has not gone well and there is still a lack of tourist attraction to visit the coast due to the lack of government attention to the shore beaches, and the lack of complete infrastructure and governance that has not been maximized in accordance with Law Number 10 of 2009.

 The Medan Mayor's policy of issuing a regional regulation on large-scale social restrictions forced the coffee shop entrepreneur to close down his business for several months. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of coffee shop owners in entrepreneurship during the Covid 19 pandemic, to find out the entrepreneurial communication mechanisms carried out by coffee shop owners and to find out the obstacles faced by coffee shop owners. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using survey and observation methods and data collection techniques are measured using interviews and documentation. The central and local governments have not provided assistance to coffee shop owners in the form of injections of funds to stay afloat and be entrepreneurial during the Covid 19 pandemic. The Medan city government should make joint policies with business actors in the city of Medan in general, especially coffee shop owners  who have limited capital and coffee shop owners must have breakthrough ideas and new innovations in entrepreneurship to face the Covid 19 pandemic that has not ended.

RESUMOObjetivo: Identificar o significado para o enfermeiro em prestar cuidados para pacientes com Depressão.  Materiais e métodos: Estudo exploratório e descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, a amostra foi de 12 enfermeiras, o cenário de estudo foram Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estratégias de Saúde da Família, urbanas da cidade de Itajubá-MG. A coleta de dados foi por meio do roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada composta por questionário contendo uma pergunta inerente ao assunto. Resultados: Encontramos oito categorias como estigma da depressão, suicídio, dificuldade em lidar, tempo escasso, envolvimento familiar, aceitação da doença, acolhimento e dar medicamento, de acordo com os discursos dos sujeitos coletados na entrevista. Conclusão: Os enfermeiros não estão em contato direto com portadores de depressão no seu trabalho, não entendem que é sua tarefa identificar e encaminha-los para tratamento especializado. Sugerimos que outros estudos sejam desenvolvidos sobre essa temática.Palavras-chave: Depressão. Relação Enfermeiro-Paciente. Assistência de Enfermagem. ABSTRACTObjective: To identify the meaning for nurses when providing care for patients with depression. Materials and Methods: exploratory and descriptive study with qualitative approach, the sample consisted of 12 nurses, the study scenario was the urban Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estrategia de Saúde da Família, in the city of Itajubá. Data collection was done through semi-structured interview guides consisting of a questionnaire containing a question related to the subject. Results and Discussion: we found eight categories as stigma of depression, suicide, coping difficulties, scarce time, family involvement, acceptance of the disease, host and give medicine, according to the speeches of the subjects collected in the interview. Conclusion: nurses are not in direct contact with individuals with depression in their work, do not understand that it is their job to identify and refer them to specialized treatment. This study discusses the decision of French tourists on their planned visit to Bali in the new normal era in 2021. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was obtained by means of online interviews and questions and answers via email to 35 potential tourists. Based on the results of research that has been done, it was found that two decisions of French tourists regarding their vacation plans to Bali, namely: (1) Cancellation of tour trips with the consideration of (a) changes in tourist budgets and financial plans, (b) health reasons for tourists, (c) difficulty in managing time, and (d) the uncertainty of the global situation. (2) Delay or reschedule Tour trips. The factors that influence tourists to continue their travel agenda to Bali with a note of rescheduling, namely: (a) Advances that have been paid to travel agents, (b) the need for post-lockdown holidays during 2020, and ( c) vaccination as an effort to protect the tourists from Covid-19. The hope is that the exposure of the research results can be a reference for researchers, tourism service business actors, and tourists to work together to implement health protocols in all tourism activities for a better Indonesian tourism. This study aims to compare the perceptions of psychologists and who do people ruqyah to trans possession phenomena. This research is a comparative descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 6 people consisting of 3 people who work as psychologists and 3 people who work as who do people ruqyah in the Pondok Sehat Al-Wahida. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data used with descriptive-comparative methods.Based on the results of the research can be concluded that there are differences and similarities of perceptions of psychologists and people who do ruqyah in viewing at the trance phenomenon in the city of Banjarmasin. The difference between the perception of psychologists and people who do ruqyah in viewing the phenomenon of trance is that psychologists view the phenomenon of possession using psychological theory, while peruqyah views the phenomenon of possession using Islamic studies so that treatment given by psychologists and people who do ruqyah has this difference in accordance with their scientific competencies. As for the similarities between the perception of psychologists and people who the ruqyah in viewing at  the phenomenon of possession can be caused by psychological problems but they also believe in Islamic studies can be caused by a genie that penetrates the body,

The increase in population in Malang City can encourage the implementation of good population data recording, this is because population data is very important in planning and development in the evaluation stage. The purpose of this research is to analyze the policies of the population service and civil registration in the administrative services for data collection on Covid-19 social assistance recipients in Malang City. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The population administration policy in this study is focused on administrative services for the data collection of Covid-19 Social Assistance Receipts in Malang City. The results of this study indicate that there is a policy of centralizing the management of resident identification cards, the first step to progress in the city government of Malang, especially in the field of administrative services for data collection on Covid-19 Social Assistance Recipients in Malang City so that they try to make other policies that have concrete data.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of regional regulation number 2 of year 2000 regarding prostitution in the village of Sanur Kauh and to find out the obstacles faced in terms of eradicating commercial sex workers in the village of Sanur Kauh. In this study data analysis is not offside the scope of the sample. This research is deductive, based on theories or general concepts. Descriptive approach is intended to describe the phenomena that exist, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. Social facts will be obtained from a breakdown of the activities, behavior, actions of people as well as the overall possibility of interpersonal interaction, then presented to others more clearly about what is obtained from the field. The Village Government took persuasive action, approached community leaders in the Sanur Kauh Village, so that they can help the village government to disseminate the negative impacts of prostitution. Then the City Government and Village Government work together to eradicate the practice of prostitution.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p> </p><p>Tulisan ini membahas tentang strategi kota Pekalongan dalam <em>mempromosikan city branding “World’s City of</em> <em>Batik”. </em>Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu telaah<em> </em>dokumen, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari tulisan ini adalah (a) menghasilkan pemaparan tentang aset kota yang dimiliki oleh kota Pekalongan, yaitu budaya <em>(cultural)</em> yang diwakili oleh pariwisata berbasis batik dan kemudahan <em>(amenity)</em> termasuk fasilitas yang tersedia di kota Pekalongan. Aset kota ini merupakan salah satu penguat <em>branding</em> kota. (b) strategi <em>branding</em> yang dilakukan pemerintah kota meliputi strategi visual dan strategi promosi. Strategi visual yang dilakukan di antaranya penciptaan identitas visual yang merepresentasikan karakter kota Pekalongan seperti logo, <em>tagline</em>, warna dan tipografi. Identitas visual ini nantinya dikomunikasikan dalam berbagai media promosi seperi <em>merchandise,</em> spanduk, poster, leaflet, dan sebagainya. Strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kota yaitu dengan mengadakan festival tahunan Pekan Batik, membuat labelisasi batik, <em>landmark</em>, zebracross batik. Selain logo <em>branding</em>, kota Pekalongan secara konsisten menggunakan motif batik khas Pekalongan, yaitu Jlamprang dalam media promosi.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: City Branding, Pekalongan, Batik.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><em>This paper discusses about the strategy of Pekalongan city in promoting the city branding “World’s City of Batik”. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques namely document review, interviews and literature study. The results of this paper are (a) an explanation of the city assets owned by Pekalongan city, it is the culture represented by batik-based tourism and convenience (amenities) including available facilities in Pekalongan. This city asset is one of the city’s branding boosters. (b) the branding strategy carried out by the city government includes visual and promotion strategies. Visual strategies carried out include the creation of visual identities that represent the character of Pekalongan city such as logos, taglines, colors and typography. This visual identity will be communicated in various promotional media such as merchandise, banners, posters, leaflets, and so on. Promotional strategies carried out by the city govern-ment include an annual Batik Festival, making batik labels, landmarks, and zebra cross batik. In addition to the branding logo, Pekalongan city consistently uses typical batik motifs of Pekalongan, namely Jlamprang in promotional media.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>City Branding, Pekalongan, Batik.</em></p>

This research will further explore the practice of Good Financial Goverance (GFD), with case studies on the partnership process that took place between the city government of Makassar with PT.GMTD in managing the finances for the participation of local government capital. The research will focus on actor relationships taking place between actors involved in capital partnerships as a recipe offered by Good Financial Governance. The research used qualitative method with researcher location in Makassar South Sulawesi, Indonesia.The main argument of this study is to question the claims of Good Financial Governance, which relies on economic development issues and good financial governance by opening investment shells and the involvement of actors outside the government. For this study, the claim is completely wrong. The results of this study found that good financial governance actually gave birth to a new problem that is Exclusivity Actors. Exclusivity of actors as a consequence of the unequal amount of capital on actors involved in Good Financial Governance. Exclusion of Actors Governance impact on the limits of power between governance actors to be biased, depending on the composition of capital in partnership.Keyword : Exclusivity of Actor, Good Financial Governance, Capital Governance
