Qardhul hasan financing aims to help borrowers who have an urgency need, either for consumptive or productive purposes. This study aims to explore the mechanism of qardhul hasan financing at Baitul Qiradh (small Islamic rural bank) Amanah Banda Aceh and the strategic employed in managing its risk. This study used primary data that was obtained through field research and secondary data that was obtained through library research. The data was then analyzed using descriptive analysis technique. The findings show that the mechanism of qardhul hasan financing at Baitul Qiradh Amanah has several stages, namely application, analysis and investigation, decision, fund lending, and returning phase. The strategic used to prevent financing risk as follow: managing financing administrative, determining the terms and criteria, conducting analysis for customer prospective, assigning officers that supervise the financing activities and collect the monthly payments. For non-performing financing, the Baitul Qiradh employs risk management system strategic such as rescheduling and write off. Rescheduling was conducted by extending the payment due date, and write off was only given for customers who do not have any possibility to repay due to their condition of economy. =========================================== Pembiayaan qardhul hasan bertujuan untuk menolong peminjam yang berada dalam keadaan terdesak, baik untuk hal-hal yang bersifat konsumtif maupun produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi mekanisme pembiayaan qardhul hasan pada Baitul Qiradh Amanah dan strategi penanggulangan risikonya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data primer diperoleh melalui penelitian lapangan dan data sekunder melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa, mekanisme pembiayaan qardhul hasan pada Baitul Qiradh Amanah Banda Aceh memiliki beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap permohonan pembiayaan qardhul hasan, tahap analisis dan penyelidikan pembiayaan qardhul hasan, tahap keputusan atas permohonan pembiayaan qardhul hasan, tahap pencairan pembiayaan qardhul hasan dan tahap pengembalian pembiayaan qardhul hasan. Sedangkan strategi penanggulangan risiko yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengatur administrasi pembiayaan, menentukan syarat dan kriteria yang harus dipenuhi untuk mengajukan permohonan pembiayaan, mengadakan analisa terhadap calon nasabah, menetapkan petugas yang mengawasi penggunaan pembiayaan dan menetapkan petugas penagihan pembiayaan. Terhadap pembiayaan qardhul hasan bermasalah, sistem manajemen risiko, yang diterapkan adalah perpanjangan waktu dengan pengurangan jumlah cicilan agar para nasabah dapat melunasi sedikit demi sedikit seluruh pinjamannya. Cara berikutnya pemutihan yaitu penghapusan piutang setelah dilakukan pengecekan terhadap kondisi usaha nasabah.

The purpose of this study is: to determine the effect of consumer perceptions on purchasing decisions at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Pematangsiantar. This study uses a library research design and field research. This type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Test the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis, and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: Consumer perceptions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions either simultaneously or partially. There is a strong and positive relationship between consumer perceptions of purchasing decisions. The level of purchase decisions can be explained by consumer perceptions. Consumer perceptions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Perum Blog Sub Divre Pematangsiantar

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.

The performance of a village head as head of village government must be able to carry out its main duties, namely leading and coordinating the village administration in implementing village development. The role of the village head is one aspect that stands out and affects the success of village development. The village head is assisted by village officials, as an element of village government administration. The formulation of the problem in this research is "What is the Role of the Village Head in the Implementation of Development in Mekarjati Village, Haurgeulis Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency" and "How the Siyasah Fiqh Review and the Village Law on the Role of the Village Head in Implementing Development in Mekarjati Village". The purpose of this research is "To know the role of the village head in the implementation of village development, and" to know the Siyasah Fiqh Overview of the role of the village head in the implementation of village development." This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data originating from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the Mekarjati Village Head, in the implementation of village development in general, there are still some that are not optimal. Protection of workers with the existence of the Manpower Act is expected to reduce or even eliminate treatment that is considered unfair which is generally carried out by employers to workers. The existence of a Manpower Act which is the legal umbrella for workers which includes wage protection. Writing this journal aims to find out and elaborate more deeply on the legal relationship between outsourcing workers and companies that use outsourcing services and to seek efforts to resolve cases at PT. Caterison. The method used in writing the journal is an empirical legal research method, in this case the Manpower Act with the facts that occurred at PT. Caterison deals with outsourcing workers who are not entitled to payment of their wages. The types of approaches used are the statutory approach, the case approach, and the legal concept analysis approach. The data used are primary data obtained directly from field research and secondary data sourced from library research. In data collection techniques, using descriptive analysis techniques. PT. Caterison as an outsourcing service user signed an agreement and made an agreement with an outsourcing service provider company with the aim of filling some parts of the work within the company. The case began when outsource worker who carried out his duties at PT. Caterison felt he was not entitled to his wages for three consecutive months. This becomes necessary to be resolved because the issue of wages is a sensitive matter. Perlindungan terhadap pekerja dengan adanya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan diharapkan mampu mengurangi atau bahkan menghilangkan perlakuan yang dinilai tidak adil yang umumnya dilakukan oleh pengusaha kepada pekerja. Adanya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan yang menjadi payung hukum untuk pekerja yang didalamnya termasuk ke dalam perlindungan upah. Penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mengelaborasi lebih dalam mengenai hubungan hukum antara pekerja outsorcing dengan perusahaan yang menggunakan jasa outsorcing dan untuk mencari upaya penyelesaian kasus yang terdapat pada PT. Caterison. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan jurnal yakni metode penelitian hukum empiris, dalam hal ini Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dengan fakta yang terjadi pada PT. Caterison berkenaan dengan pekerja outsorcing yang tidak mendapatkan hak atas pembayaran upahnya. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan yakni, pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, serta pendekatan analisis konsep hukum. Dalam penggunaan sumber data, data yang digunakan yakni data primer yang didapatan langsung dari penelitian lapangan dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan teknik analisis deskripsi. PT. Caterison sebagai pengguna jasa outsourcing menandatangani perjanjian serta membuat kesepakatan dengan perusahaan penyedia jasa outsourcing dengan tujuan mengisi beberapa bagian pekerjaan dalam perusahaan namun bukan pada pekerjaan inti. Kasus bermula ketika pekerja outsourcing yang menjalankan tugasnya pada PT. Caterison merasa tidak mendapatkan hak atas upah nya selama tiga bulan berturut-turutHal ini menjadi perlu untuk diselesaikan dikarenakan permasalahan upah adalah hal yang sensitif.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment to employee performance at the Education Office of Pematangsiantar City. This study used literature and field research designs. The research method used was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population and sample used in this study were 81 permanent employees. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test and determination and hypothesis tests. The results of this study concluded that the organizational culture, commitment and employee performance were good. Besides, the organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Pesantren, Islamic boarding school, as Islamic educational institutions by setting the main objectives of Islamic education is simply to generate the Santri (students) to explore religious knowledge (tafaqquh fid-din). However, since the 1970s Pesantren began to open up indicating that Islamic boarding schools with their dynamics required recognition by the community about their existence. Kiai Sahal Mahfudh, a Pesantren intellectual figure with a traditional background helped encourage the Pesantren to be able to respond to modernization and the demands of society in the right way. Kiai Sahal Mahfudh presents himself as a figure with transformative, innovative and visionary vision in transforming Pesantren education. He argued that Pesantren education cannot be separated from its two potentials: religiosity and social potential. This study aimed to determine the perspective of Pesantren education based on the perspective of Kiai Sahal Mahfudh and its relevance to the development of contemporary Pesantren. This study is a library research using the primary data in the form of Nuansa Fiqh Sosial, papers, or any works of Kiai Sahal Mahfudh. Meanwhile, the secondary data were in the form of books related to the Pesantren or AZJAF Vol.1 No. 2 (Special Issue 2021) Page 24 the thoughts of Kiai Sahal Mahfudh. The analysis technique used content analysis in which the phases of analysis started by determining the problems, formulating the frame of thoughts and preparing the methodology devices, data analysis and data interpretation.The results of this research showed that the teaching of the kitab kuning needs the abilty to understand contextually for solving contemporary social problems. The formulation of the objectives of pesantren education in preparing righteous and akram people in line with the functions of humans personally as khalifah of Allah who also carry out social functions to prosper and manage the earth.The da’wah islamiyyah or propagative potential in pesantren is not only articulated in word but also in deeds or da’wah bil hal. For kiai Sahal Mahfudh, da’wah can also in the form of community empowerment. Both have the same end goals. These are relevant and in accordance with the direction of development of contemporary pesantren which wants pesantren to no longer only carry out their traditional functions as religious educational institutions, but also as social community institutions.

This study aims to identify and describe the results of the feasibility analysis of the contents of the Islamic Religious Education Smart LKS content in terms of the suitability of the material description with KI/KD, the accuracy of the material, and the content of supporting learning materials. The type of research used is library research. Literature research is research based on literature searches related to the problems to be discussed. The method used is descriptive analysis method. The primary data sources in this study were obtained from the Smart LKS for Islamic Religious Education with Character, while the secondary data were obtained from books, journals, articles, laws and regulations, and so on. All data will be collected, analyzed, interpreted as well as by interpreting the object under study. The results showed that the suitability of the description of the material with KI-KD obtained a percentage of 65%, while in terms of the accuracy of the material it obtained a percentage of 72%, and in terms of supporting learning materials it obtained a percentage of 73.2%. When viewed as a whole, the percentage of sub-components is 70%, which shows that the Smart LKS for Islamic Religious Education is worthy of being used as a companion book for learning in elementary schools

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of the important aspects in online learning for human resources (HR) in the target schools, namely teachers. Management of ICT needs for human resources of teachers in a fostered school (sekolah binaan) can be done by conducting a training. The purpose of this study is to describe the training process carried out by the PGPAUD FTIK Unisnu Jepara school fostering team and the effectiveness of the training activities. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research informants came from KB Sya'roniyah teachers, with 12 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. while, the data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis with data testing method using triangulation. The results of the study show that the training process for teachers of the Sya'roniyah KB Purwogondo schools had several stages, those are needs analysis, training objectives, and determining the training program material. Evaluation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the training. Based on the results of the evaluation of the training activities showed a positive response from the training participants. The ICT utilization training attended by the Sya'roniyah KB teacher was effective because the creativity of the teachers in using ICT after attending the training had increased and the level of parental complaints against online learning had also decreased.

This research aim is to know the influence which is significant from work environment variable to employees performance at PT Mitra Global holiday, Jimbaran Bali. Respondents were all employees which is total amount to 52 respondents and the sampling tehnique using purposive sampling, such as sampling technique with specific consideration. Type of data used qualitative and quantitative which we derived from the premiere and secondary data. The method used to gather the information were interviews, library, research questionary and observation. The analysis technique is descriptive analysis, likert scale, correlation, determination, regression and t-test analysis. Based on the correlation analysis, its clear that the influence of the work environment on employee performance is equal to 0,804. It is mean that there’s be strong relationship influence between work environment of employees performances at PT Mitra Global Holiday Jimbaran Bali. The more conducive of work environment the better the performance of employees. Mean while, from the determination method of 64,4 percent stated that the work environment has the effect of 64.6 percent and the remaining 35,4 percent were caused by other factors. According to regretion analysis the result have t-count 9,559 > t-table 2,40 states that the influence of work environment have relation with enthusiasm of employees at PT Mitra Global Holiday, Jimbaran- Bali.
