The world of education today began to be tarnished because of the frequent encounters of psychic or moral violence so that it is necessary to increase and develop the creativity of educators, especially in understanding the psychological condition of student. This study aims to examine critically and reflectively about the concept of creativity according to Muhammad Iqbal and its implementation in understanding the psychology of student. Data collection in this study was conducted through documentation techniques with secondary data sources as the primary data. Furthermore, data analysis is done through content analysis. The results of the study showed, namely First, the concept of creativity according to Muhammad Iqbal is part of the development of individuality that can be understood by exploring the conception of the nature and function of individuals through education. Second, the implementation of Muhammad Iqbal's concept of creativity in the psychological understanding of learners has a very urgent position in the world of education today.

In this era of globalization, the application of administrative data processing has been used by many parties, both agencies, organizations, as well as in educational institutions that will trigger the performance of agencies to be better than before. The payment data processing of SPP on SMA Negeri 1 Cikampek until now are still operating manually, so that activities associated with the administration is still slow even still queued to make payments. Specifically the functions performed by the application payment administration developed include, student data collection, alumni data, SPP Payment, and collection payment. Display student information, alumni information, payment SPP reports, until collection reports. This application payment administration is developed using Java programming language. With this computerized payment sistem hopely to improve the data processing of SPP payment, bimbingan study, study tour, and others effectively and efficiently.

<p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan representasi matematis mahasiswa STKIP Melawi. Metode penelitian yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 25 orang dari populasi mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika yaitu 51 orang. Subjek dipilih secara <em>simple random sampling</em> tanpa mengetahui kemampuan awal matematika setiap mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan wawancara. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar soal tes kemampuan representasi dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Mahasiswa diwawancarai setelah selesai menjawab soal-soal yang diberikan. Penyajian hasil olah data dalam bentuk deskripsi yang kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang menjawab soal sesuai indikator menggunakan representasi visual (gambar) untuk menyelesaikan masalah matematika dikategorikan tinggi dan mahasiswa yang menjawab soal sesuai dengan indikator melakukan translasi dari representasi verbal (tulisan) ke dalam representasi visual (gambar) matematika dengan tulisan dikategorikan rendah.</p><p> </p><p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research objective was to determine how the mathematical representation abilities of STKIP Melawi students. The research method was descriptive qualitative with a survey research form. The research subjects were 25 people from the Mathematics Education student population, namely 51 people. Subjects were selected by simple random sampling without knowing the initial mathematical ability of each student. Data collection techniques using test and interview techniques. The research instrument used was a representation ability test question sheet and interview guidelines. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Students are interviewed after answering the questions given. Presentation of the results of data processing in the form of descriptions which then draw conclusions. The results showed that students who answered questions according to the indicators using visual representations (pictures) to solve math problems were categorized as high and students who answered questions according to the indicators translated from verbal representations (written) into visual representations (pictures) of mathematics with writing categorized as low.</em></p>

This paper examines the problem of low editing skills , especially among students of Creative Media State Polytechnic Publishing. This study also departs from the problem of untested editing skills . Therefore, this article aims to 1) map the level of testing of the editing skills of the Creative Media State Polytechnic Publishing Study Program Students with a specialization in editing; 2) mapping the level of editing skill testing of the State Polytechnic Creative Media Publishing Study Program Students with a specialization in writing; 3) produce a comparison map of the testing skills of the State Polytechnic Creative Media Publishing Study Program between those who are interested in editing with those who are interested in writing. The study with the grand qualitative method used a script editing design. The data processing methods are descriptive and comparative. The data collection techniques applied were interviews and questionnaires. The activity plan showing the procedure for this study is as follows. Publishing student data collection who will be the study sample. Conducting interviews to get initial data. Testing the editing competence of Publishing students. Processing test data. Formulating policies, models, and conclusions.This study has resulted in the editing competency level of the Creative Media State Polytechnic Publishing students. The level of competence does not represent a qualified ability. The basic editing skills of the tested students showed a very good level as evidenced by their generally very good grades. Spelling and grammar skills are quite good. However, the syntactic capabilities still need to be improved. Therefore, the improvement of editing competency still needs to be improved, especially with regard to applied editing. According to the level achievement of the editing competency level of the Creative Media State Polytechnic Publishing student, the following conclusions can be generated. Editing education process is not based on the knowledge aspect, but prioritizes practice. Language problems are an element that must be strengthened in Creative Media State Polytechnic Publishing Students. Elements of spelling, words, and sentences are a matter of editing that must be further honed.

The administrative financial data processing management system at SMP N 17 Semarang is carried out by students coming directly to pay to the Administration, because the use of 1 existing computer facility in the Principal's room and 3 computer facilities in the Administration room makes payment data recorded in a book. big. The data used in SMP N 17 Semarang still uses manual recording or bookkeeping, which can result in errors in recording payments with the same student's name, data easily lost or torn. The Grounded Research method is expected to be able to produce quality management information to support management policies. In addition, with good management of administrative activities, it is hoped that it will be able to provide comfort for students and parents of guardians in making transactions. To anticipate the occurrence of tuition payment services that are slow, not fast and inaccurate due to the large number of student payments. Seeing the duties and functions that must be carried out by administrative officers of SMP N 17 Semarang to hold a School Information system, the authors built a School Management Information System as an alternative to make it easier for administrative officers to input new student admissions, student data collection and tuition payments. which is in SMP N 17 Semarang.

Abstract The 2,000 member Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at California State University, Long Beach offers non-credit classes to adults 50 and older. We have an ongoing strategic goal (2014, 2019) to “increase our University and student involvement.” Integration into the campus community includes members volunteering as participants in survey and participatory faculty and student research related to biopsychosocial aspects of aging, faculty/student data collection in selected OLLI classes, vetting students to teach OLLI classes, acting as resources for professors/students in product development related to aging, guest lecturing in University courses, and providing internships for students at OLLI. Collaborations have led to multiple faculty/student publications and presentations. We also endow an annual award for graduate students to support their research/projects related to aging. In return, we request and provide students the opportunity to present their results to our members. Outreach strategies will be discussed.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to find out how the relationship between economic teachers professionalism competence and the student’ learning achievenments of student in 01 SMAN 01 KelamPermai. The method of this research was quantitative with correlation research was ex post facto. The population in this research were 226 student of class X, XI and XII IPS SMAN 01 Kelam Permai, while the sampling taken stratified randomly from class X, XI, XII IPS SMAN 01 Kelam Permai which consisted of 143 the student. Data collection techniques were indirect communication and documentation. The result showed that Economic Teachers’ Professionalism competence is not influence student learning achievement, was indicated by the results of the determination coefficient calculation amount of 0,050%. Through the result of ttest ,could be inferred that there were not a relationship between economic teacher’s profesionalism competence and student learning achievement, it was indicated by t count is smaller than t table, was 0,266243 < 1,645. Keywords: Teachers’ Profesionalism Competence, Students’ Learning AchivementAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kompetensi profesionalisme guru ekonomi dengan prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 01 Kelam Permai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian korelasi yang bersifat ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa  dan siswi kelas X, XI, XII IPS di SMA Negeri 01 Kelam permai yang berjumlah 226 siswa, sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian jumlah populasi siswa - siswi kelas X, XI, XII IPS SMA Negeri 01 Kelam Permai berjumlah 143 siswa-siswi dengan menggunakan tehnik pengambilan sampel berstrata. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah komunikasi tidak langsung dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesionalisme guru ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, ditunjukkan dengan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,050%. Melalui uji t juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara profesionalisme guru ekonomi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung yang lebih kecil dibandingkan t table yaitu sebesar 0,266243 < 1,645.Kata kunci: Kompetensi Profesionalisme Guru, Prestasi Belajar Siswa

In every academic and student activity, data collection on student meetings is always done. General student data collection activities are still carried out manually by filling in the student attendance form. Besides being able to help and correct problems in lecturing activities, the manual presentation system is not practical in centralized recording and also increases human error in recording. The technology that can be used to add to these shortcomings is Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in the presence of students. By utilizing RFID technology to approve and MySQL as a database, it is expected that student data collection and recording can be done easily and centrally. It can be concluded from the study that each RFID card used is a unique card identity that functions as a valid marker or identity for students or lecturers in conducting attendance.
